This is meant to be a guide for you to use when creating report threads. It greatly assists us in investigating any reports you have.

We really love screenshots and videos!

Types of Reports

Store/Purchase Reports - Store/Purchase reports include any problems with gold purchasing or failure to receive purchased bundles.

  • Store Reports:
    • What is occurring. (ex. I didn't receive my gold after purchasing the 850 gold pack.)
    • Description on what happens when you tried making the purchase.
    • What time you attempted to make the purchase including timezone.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
       

Connection Reports - Connection reports include any failure to connect or lag related reports.

  • Connection Reports:
    • What is occurring. (ex. I receive an R0P0 error at the launcher screen)
    • What error you are seeing, please include the full error message.
    • When it started and is happening, including your time zone.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on or attempting to connect to. (East, West, Europe, Asia)

 

Tank Reports - Tank reports include anything specific to tank art, stats, or tank gameplay.

  • Tank art reports:
    • Descriptive information as the where on the tank the art bug can be found including the equipped package name. (ex. The gun on the MS-1's T-18 U package does not have camo applied to it.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.
  • Tank stats reports:
    • Descriptive information of what stat is incorrect and why. (ex. The Cromwell's view range is incorrectly showing 300 when it should be 360 in the tank info screen.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot of where the stat is wrong or listed incorrectly.
  • Tank gameplay reports:
    • Descriptive information of what is happening that is effecting gameplay and what tank it is occurring on. (ex. The T57 Heavy is not showing the correct location that you are aiming and is offset to the right.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.

 

Map/Object Reports - Map and object reports include any art, visual, or collisions dealing with the maps themselves.

  • Map reports:
    • Descriptive information of what is occurring is and on what map it is happening on. (ex. The snow storm effects on Erlenberg winter are the wrong color.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.
  • Object reports:
    • Descriptive information that includes what the object is, what map it's on, it's location, and what problem it causes. (ex. The large rock at D5 on Sacred Valley War is blocking my shots.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.

 

Ops Reports - Ops reports include any failure to track op completion or failing to reward the player for finishing an op.

  • Ops reports:
    • The name of the Op.
    • The name of the tank you were using.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
    • What is wrong with it. (ex. Failing to track my damage caused, exp gained, tanks killed, or failing to award rewards.)
    • A screenshot of both the Ops tab with the op highlighted and the Logs tab.
    • A screenshot of the post battle screen if it is specific to that battle.

 

Web Portal Reports - Web portal reports relate to any issues on https://console.worldoftanks.com/

  • Tankopedia reports:
    • Descriptive information as to what is occurring.(ex. The VK 28.01 lists the wrong traverse speed for the default package.)
    • A link to the tankopedia page.
  • Player stats reports:
    • What stat, medal, or ribbon count is incorrect.
    • A link to your stats page.
  • Clan reports:
    • Descriptive information as to what is occurring. (ex. My friend isn't receiving the invite to my clan.)
    • Link to the clan page

 

Miscellaneous Reports - Anything that isn't covered by one of the sections above.

  • Misc Reports:
    • Describe the issue as clearly as possible.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
    • Include a screenshot or video if the issue is something visual.
