Ok, so I'm going to admit to accidently, stupidly, and rage selling some premiums... a lot of them actually. Most were done by me and a couple were sold by my kid who didn't know they were (real money) premiums (Grrrr). I got to thinking, I wonder if I can get them all restored or if I have to buy them all back.

Here's the list:

Super Pershing (rage sold)

Ram II (kid sold)

Pz.Kpfw. II Ausf. J (just sold it)

Pz.Kpfw. IV Schmalturm (sold by mistake)

E-25 (rage sold)

Valentine II (kid sold it)

KV 220 (sold by mistake)

FCM 50 T (rage sold)

Chi Nu Kai (just sold it)

I know I'm an idiot, but am I screwed too?

yes you can get them all back submit a ticket and they will return them as long as you have the silver to cover them use 1 of your exemptions and list the tanks you want returned and they will work with you if you don't have enough silver in one go

The buyback policy doesn't specify whether you get back GOLD for garage slots accidently purchased. What's up with that?

How are so many people buying things "accidentally"? I play this game drunk most of the time and never have bought or sold anything by accident.

I think that with some people that just happens to them. For instance, my wife quite often accidently buys shoes she wasn't even planning on buying. Oddly enough though, the stores where this happens never seem to have this kind of return policy. Hence, she has to keep them all.

Fixed it. I will have gone through this list to insure it’s all proper..... But here's the break down.

Take the Gold Value of each tank.

Multiply that by 400 (1 gold converts to 400 Silver)

Divide that total by two.

Premium tank X cost 500 Gold.

That tanks silver value is 200,000 Silver.

When any tank is sold, you will get 50% of the silver Cost of that tank.

When we do a restoration with one of your 4 yearly Exceptions, you well buy this tank back for the same amount of Silver you received when the tank was sold.

If you sell any tank that is discounted at the time of the sale of your tank, that discount will cause your selling price to be lowered by that percent, plus 50% of the normal selling price.

Selling a tank when that same tank is on sale, let’s say 25% off, when you sell that tank, you will only get 25% of the normal selling price. 25% + %50= 75% of the total silver will be given for that tank.

I suck at math so I just keep all my tanks

Please note that unused Exceptions do not roll over into the following year.

What this means is that you, the Player, can contact our Customer Support department to potentially have an in-game action reversed, or a previously sold vehicle restored. Only one action can be reversed per Exception. Please also know that we will only be able to use one Exception per ticket, we will not combine multiple requests in the same ticket.

Here are some examples of what we can offer to roll back:

  • Accidental Gold to Silver conversions
  • Premium and Standard Tank Restorations (You can request multiple vehicles using one Exception)
  • Accidental Ammunition purchases using Gold
  • Reversing accidental Garage Slot purchases.
  • Accidental Purchases of Premium Time (Must not have any battles played)

Please note that items used with Gold or real currencies cannot be used in any way.

We cannot roll back any of the following actions:

  • Actions dealing with Crew or Crew XP
  • Experience or Research
  • Actions prior to January 1st, 2015. (Except for vehicle restoration as noted below.)
  • Purchases that have to do with Camouflage, Inscriptions, or Emblems using Gold

Good news! Do I need to have all the silver in my account BEFORE I put in the ticket?

Note: it looks like I need over 7 million silver. Go Go IS6!

This still didn't answer the question. If the policy is to give back the gold spent on a garage slot then why not just say so?

Cool. One last question. As other posters have asked, for purposes of this program, how do we define "accident?" Does a third party have to be involved - Such as a child accidentally selling your stuff? Or, is pretty much everything we do but regret considered an "accident?"

Thanks buddy, I don't sell my premium tanks but this is great information to have on hand.

What is the rare thing about being checked off?

These cannot be restored or something i guess because they are no longer being offered in the store?

Noticed a small oversight but one nonetheless, missing the liberte and the knight.

May want to have your gnomes work on that.
