In your defense your method worked for me for about a week. Until this latest update installed, then it was back to freeze city.

This could explain why I never freeze. I am always in a party or I don't use a mic. Hummmmm

I use a mic every single time and I have yet to freeze, I'm on the Xbox One though

When my 360 started freezing I noticed it was always when my mic in use was lit on right side of screen. Just yesterday my freeze occurred while a teammate mic in use indicator was lit. I feel positive this is directly linked to mic use by the player an teammates use of mics. I have froze on the map load screen one time(after lastest update), but I could hear teammates talking so this can still be blamed on mic communications. During extended gaming sessions, I freeze around once for every 2-3 hours of gameplay.

I noticed this does occur with greater frequency to me when compared to the Frequency it occurs to my platoon members. Freezing occurs more frequently while in game chat, and with less frequency in party chat.

Hope this helps.

I will continue to suffer thru the freezing because I prefer to use my mic. I feel that communication is a part of the game that (usually) enhances my overall enjoyment of WOT, and feel many of the good players will communicate with teammates to the benefit of the team.

Yeah, i had a freeze just when a teammate used his mic.... i haven't read the fix but will try tomorrow, though reading from the responses here i am not sure i want comms off... but yeah, thanks for at least an option.

I forgot to mention earlier, but I have on more than one occasion attempted to mute some obnoxiously noisy xbone players while their mic on indicator was lit on the right side of the screen, only to have the mute button not work. The offending noise continued to blare from them.

I don't know if this is related to the 360 freezing issue, the mute issue is not consistent, but has been associated with particularly high volume offenders.

I'm freezing up bad today. I tried all of these tricks and nothing has helped. Froze 2 hours ago, shut it down, tried again now and froze within the first minute of the match. I don't know what else to do.

Anyone have an update on this? My support ticket reply said that they were "aware and working on solving the issue."

It's been weeks. I'm losing faith and starting to think this was all a conspiracy to get 360 players to run to the store and buy an Xbox One. ;)

I would like to know if I can get back my 4x crew exp booster I lost when my game froze at 13:36 time mark in my tier VIII match today. This crap is getting old. This is the fourth time this week it has happened to me. Fix it perminantly, not temporarily.
