This changes daily as its always based on the last 14 days of data.

Because people seem to easily not understand time, and units of time, can you please have a dev provide the resolution... ie is the 14 days based upon the server update time which is midnight PST each day - 14 days, or is the resolution of the time down to the hour, minute, or even seconds unit for whatever represents 14 days worth of those time units?

Shadow puppets are illogical, inflexible, and totalitarian.   Most people don't know this because the shadow puppets live in the shadows meddling in others lives usually without reason.   Even worse, they are hypocrites who allow no dissension to their tactics.

It does +1. The more info the better.

I had most of this figured out before the post so thanks for confirming it for me. Before it was a my theory, now I know it to be fact.

Max can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but from my observation it appears to be at server update each day. (midnight PST)

Thanks Max for the much improved explanation.  The visuals are perfect!

This also seems to confirm that the bar is set just like grading on a curve in school.  The smartest kid in class (best player on a given tank) determines how hard it is for everyone else to get a good grade. ;)

So if you have a bad period or get trolled a lot it could take quite a while to get out of a hole.

Quite the opposite. As mentioned in the first post, a poor game does not affect you as much as a good game. It's much easier to raise your EMA than it is to lower.:honoring:

You can see this in Example 1, games 11-20. See how it only slightly reduced the EMA?

Is this example taken for a tier X tank?

Currently 87 3 marked tanks -

It does not represent any tier. It's just an example.

For the 14 day period, is it a "server day" meaning if server resets at midnight until next reset at the following midnight, or is it I start play at 2pm and the day runs into the following 2pm?

Server day. Everyone has the same requirement for 65%/85%/95% during the same timeframe.

Too much emphasis on server reset time... he is saying the in order to get moe ona tank you must consistently do good in that tank. And the calculation used means that having a slump will not hurt you in such a way that it will make it.more difficult for you to raise your ema.

There is but only if you already have an MoE. We are still working to add a tracker before you earn one.

Yes, once you earn an MoE its always there, even if you sell it.
