Update 01-21-2016

 

Added in Game Modes section.

Added in second image to Accuracy and Dispersion to better help understand Distribution Curve.

Provided example for Normalization in and added to Important Note in Ammo Mechanics.

Fixed Draw Distance of 564m.

Reorganized Vision Mechanics to make it easier to read.

Reworded Spotting Duration.

General formatting and grammar fixes.

Next on To Do list is add in how various items affect Aim Times and View Ranges.

I can tell you from bitter experience from driving my T34 that what you see in sniper view and what the gun sees can be two different things. Was on the western bridge on Port using the slope to go hull down. Aimed at a Tiger of to the side, fired, and nothing happened (no tracer even). I figure ok, reload and try again. When it happened again, I left sniper view to find the shots were hitting the curb/edge of the bridge, not the Tiger I was looking at.

Sometimes the visual and hit boxes of the terrain don't line up properly so while you see the target clearly, the game still thinks you are aiming at the rock. Make sure the distance to target number in sniper view is a reasonable number.

Regarding the module damage for the Ammo Rack. I thought that not only was reload speed reduced by 50% but also that remaining ammo was also reduced by 50%. 

 

Have others seen this as well?

Having a damaged ammo rack does not affect your remaining ammo count. All it does it increase your reload time by 50% and makes it more prone to detonation upon repeated hits.

I guess that means I tend to get ammo rack damage about half-way through the game. :-)
