Gold Purchasing not avalable

So I switched to an x-box one last week and have been looking to get some gold to renew my premium time; I have played every day to check on the gold buying but all I get is a message log every half hour saying gold purchasing not available at this time. I have restarted the game, restarted the system multiple times and gold buying is still not up. I now have a couple crew that need transferring and I'd like to use gold to do so but don't have enough.

Additionally: I have checked and made sure my billing info is right and registered my system.

similiar issue here. I have puchased 3,000 gold coins on 29th February and tried again on 2nd March. Both transactions went through debiting my credit card 11.99 euro on the 29th and another 11.99 on the 2nd March. I have sent a ticket to customer support but as of yet, have heard nothing from them. It's annoying to have spent 24 euros on gold coins but have no coins to show for it!

Have you done a hard reboot of your Xbox One, this clears a lot of clutter that could be effecting your system

 

With the system on Hold (not push) the power button till it fully powers down.

 

If this does not solve it, it is either a WG or MSLive issue

Be sure to check your ticket periodically as you won't receive an email notification. Also only reply to the ticket if they ask you to only. If you respond any other time it will bump you "to the back of the line" so to speak, be patient.

Hello Ajax Torbin,

 

Where are you seeing this message appear? Is it when you select "Get Gold" and you get the message "Purchasing gold is not available at this time. Please try again later."? Alternatively, is it in the log tab, stating "Gold purchasing is not available at this time." and when you select a gold pack you get the message "Unable to buy gold. Try again later."? If possible could you get a screen shot of the messages?

Apologies for the delay, sometimes tickets can take a day before they get back to you, hopefully they should get back to you today.

It shows up every two minutes in the log and when I move to the store tab. It's not a download issue, it won't let me get that far.
Specifically: selecting the 'Get Gold' section gives me a pop up saying "Purchasing gold is not available at this time"
If I push A to get by it I can see the various gold options, but if I select one I get another popup "Unable to Buy. Try again later."

I have done soft and hard reboots, stopped, paused and then canceled all downloads. I even reset my modem and turned off all other devices.  I think it's safe to say it's is not a network or system issue.

Ditto here, identical to Ajax in all forms.  I just bought an Xbox One myself, and loaded up WoT.  I get the exact same spam on the Log and the same error messages in the Store.

Same problem. as aforementioned two transactions have been made. getting the same error messages gold purchasing not available at this time. however credit card has been debited twice. problem only exists on xbox one, tranactions are working on x360. still 6,000 gold coins short!

As of last night's game play, I was still getting the messages.

 

To be fair to those that have spent money, and not received anything, I haven't been deducted for the purchase.  I just received the error messages only.  Their issues should take precedence over mine, since I am not out of pocket.  Only slightly inconvenienced, lol.

Just to add got my gold too, thanks to all for advice and help. Not sure what the issue was with purchasing gold on xbox one, but glad i've been reimbursed.

 

Just to reitererate, should anyone experience this issue, i had no such problem when i made a gold transactions on xbox 360 over the last couple of days so it seemed to be purely an xbox one issue.

 

That being said, hopefully issue is resolved with the xb1 now. Happy tanking :)

Yeah this isnt really resolved i just spent $125 on the last gold package you can buy and recevied a message stating that the gold was unavailable despite having my account charged for the fee.

Im not going to lie for the amount i just spent and quite aparrently lost in a little unhappy.
