With the system on Hold (not push) the power button till it fully powers down.

Apologies for the delay, sometimes tickets can take a day before they get back to you, hopefully they should get back to you today.
It shows up every two minutes in the log and when I move to the store tab. It's not a download issue, it won't let me get that far.

As of last night's game play, I was still getting the messages.
To be fair to those that have spent money, and not received anything, I haven't been deducted for the purchase. I just received the error messages only. Their issues should take precedence over mine, since I am not out of pocket. Only slightly inconvenienced, lol.

Just to add got my gold too, thanks to all for advice and help. Not sure what the issue was with purchasing gold on xbox one, but glad i've been reimbursed.
Just to reitererate, should anyone experience this issue, i had no such problem when i made a gold transactions on xbox 360 over the last couple of days so it seemed to be purely an xbox one issue.
That being said, hopefully issue is resolved with the xb1 now. Happy tanking
Yeah this isnt really resolved i just spent $125 on the last gold package you can buy and recevied a message stating that the gold was unavailable despite having my account charged for the fee.
Im not going to lie for the amount i just spent and quite aparrently lost in a little unhappy.
