Is it possible for those who sold the Motherland to restore it?

Yes. All you need to do is put in a Support Ticket requesting it while both having the selling price in silver of the vehicle and an open garage space.

you can restore it under one ticket request

 

i think 3 or 4 exemptions allowed a yr starting jan 1st.

 

oh but you need to provide a free parking spot and the silver they gave you when you sold it

Leaving this here for all that I could help.

Players now have the ability to use 4 Exceptions per year in order to potentially roll back a regretful decision or a mistake made in the Garage. The Exceptions given to players will replenish each year, on January 1st. Once a new year starts, an Exception can only be applied to actions made in the current calendar year, except for tank restorations. For example, Exceptions given in 2016 can only be applied to errors made within that same calendar year unless you are restoring a tank.

Please note that unused Exceptions do not roll over into the following year.

 
What this means is that you, the Player, can contact our Customer Support department to potentially have an in-game action reversed, or a previously sold vehicle restored. Only one action can be reversed per Exception (Tanks, Silver,Gold). Please also know that we will only be able to use one Exception per ticket, we will not combine multiple requests in the same ticket.

Here are some examples of what we can offer to roll back:

  • Accidental Gold to Silver conversions
  • Premium and Standard Tank Restorations (You can request multiple vehicles using one Exception: No Limit for Each Exception Used)
  • Accidental Ammunition purchases using Gold
  • Reversing accidental Garage Slot purchases.
  • Accidental Purchases of Premium Time (Must not have any battles played)
  • Accidental Purchases of Tank (Must not have any battles played)

 
Please note that items used with Gold or real currencies cannot be used in any way.

 

We cannot roll back any of the following actions:

  • Actions dealing with Crew or Crew XP
  • Experience or Research
  • Converting Tank XP to Free XP
  • Actions prior to January 1st, 2016. (Except for vehicle restoration as noted below.) There is a grace period for a new calendar year.
  • Purchases that have to do with Camouflage, Inscriptions, or Emblems using Gold. (These items cannot be removed from any tanks as of the 1.7 update)
  • Gold refunds for any Premium Tanks that have been used in any number of battles. (Buyers Remorse)

 

Using an Exception to Restore Vehicles

Players can restore any vehicle they previously owned as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • There must be records demonstrating ownership of the vehicle, and have at least one battle played.
  • You must have a free Garage Slot for the vehicle to be restored.
  • You must allow us to remove the Silver received when selling the vehicle.

 

Customer Support can use one Exception to restore multiple vehicles, but players cannot combine multiple requests using one Exception.

Example:

Player requested an Exception to be used for the following on one ticket;

"I want to restore 32 tanks and get back the Gold used by accented.
Thank you Support Team, you're the best
CF "

 

This will use Two Exceptions for this one request: One for the tanks and One for the Gold used.

Please note that you will receive a brand new vehicle of the same type that you sold. You will NOT get your Original Crew, Equipment, Camouflage, Emblems or Inscriptions from your original vehicle.  Camouflage, Emblems or Inscriptions will be available to you in the customization screen as these cannot be destroyed. Your Original Crew was removed from your tank at the time it was sold and placed in your Barracks.

In order to have multiple Premium or Standard vehicles restored, you must provide Customer Service with a full list of vehicles that you would like restored. Support will not provide you with a list of vehicles previously owned.

 

You can easily create a list of the Tanks that have been played on your account from Your Personal Stat Page.

Please state the exact name of the vehicle that you wish to have returned, as well as the approximate date the vehicle was sold.

 

Feel free to consult the Tankopedia for information on the proper spelling of each vehicle's name as there are many tanks with very similar names.

 

Prior to contacting us, please make sure you have the needed Silver available and Open Garage slots for your requested tanks.

 

After you have made your decision, you can contact our Customer Service Team, remembering to submit the ticket to the In-Game-Goods department.

 

Please know that the amount of actions reversed per Exception is entirely decided by Wargaming Support.
