UPDATE: 

 

There has been a fix put in place for this issue.

 

 Any player that has made a purchase that did not go through at the time it was bought, please power cycle your system by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

 

Once you have restarted your console, you should have been credited to your account.

 

 

We are currently aware of an issue with our Gold purchasing system.  

 

Our engineers are working on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

 

At this time we do not want to have you go through possible unneeded steps to resolve this issue. 

 

It is our hope that once this issue is resolved, you should be able to log out of the game and once you log back in, your purchase will be there. We will let you know once this has been fixed.

 

We appreciate your patience while this issue is being investigated and fixed.

If you have made purchase that has yet to go through after you have restarted you console, please let us know.

The same thing happend to me this morning. I ended up chatting with PS4 support. It showed the purchase in my purchase history  but wasn't being transfered to the game. She recommended doing a delete of the game and reinstalling it which I did. The good news the gold was there. The bad news is I'm stuck 25% updating files. It seems stuck downloading all my tanks. They all havethe word downloading on them. If you click on a tank it says it hasn't finished downloading. The in game download meter has been stuck at around 25% for over an hour. I finally gave up and deleted the game again. I'm  redownloading it again as I type this. Hopefully I'll have a better outcome this time.

I purchased gold and didn't get it credited to my account, tried restarting the game and power cycling the console numerous times to no avail.

 

I'm going to be really pissed if the T-34-88 sale ends before I get credited the gold.

WG is great about actually allowing Tankers to buy these Tanks after the deadline, in case of technical or extreme issues like this one :)

Hi do we know if the gold issues have been sorted? As been refunded by Microsoft for ,y gold purchase that failed ...don't want to wait on the phone for another half hr

I need to know how I can get a refund. I tried to purchase gold yesterday and it said it was unavailable. Then I tried later, same message. I got on today and my gold was at 6978, where it was yesterday. I picked to buy 12k gold again, then it said I had 42,978. I do not want the extra $100 worth of gold.

I did end up filing a ticket but it's taken 9 hours for them to tell me the same thing as SecndChance posted in the OP. Link.

I have waited 5 days and still have no gold. WG deserves no more chances. There is always something wrong and they always say we are working on it. wthyou don't release something with bugs period. WGA needs to let microsoft do the testing before release. I want my [edited]gold
