Anybody else still having issues buying Gold from the in-game store?

Title.
Forgot to do this last night before bed, but when it's 1AM and I'm still awake on a work night I tend to skip the little "to-do" things for the evening.
Tried several times to purchase enough Gold for the year of premium time on discount but no avail.

Made sure I bought mine yesterday just for this eventuality.

 

Doubt you're the only one suffering from this.

Yeah that was my plan, hop off SMITE and scoot into the Gold store just before bed... however it slipped my mind by the wee hours of the morning.

Have been having the same problem.  Sent a PM to RaiBot (from another thread), and threw in a support ticket just to further document the situation.

Bought mine on the mourning of the 25th. No issues.

What ever tactic you use is legit, but if the enemy does it then its a cheap unfair OP noob tactic.

I had to do this a few times, but then it worked.  I was able to get the gold I needed, and the premium time offer was still up, so I got it.

My clan mate EnlistedCoder15 has been waiting since early yesterday he purchased the $49.99 gold pack it confirmed download he never received it he contacted Microsoft. About his balance they confirmed the money was there so he went back to the store tried to purchase the gold pack again he received a message not enough in account he is still waiting for his gold I can see it taking a couple hours  because they are busy but days to get the item he paid for hopefully he can get his black edition tank he wants very soon me myself I never had a problem my longest gold purchase took 20 minutes well hope you all get what you paid for very soon god bless and see ya on the maps

No issues buying gold for the 1 year premo time (Xbox One)

 

Issues buying gold on the PS4 - was able to buy gold by using different credit card...

 

Problem solved.

im honestly afraid to try and buy anymore gold... i went back and forth with Microsoft and tried to contact war gaming... im up to 3 days waiting for a tank restoration to be answered.. i  purchased a 6500 pack, never relieved it, got charged for it... waited... nothing, had Microsoft refund it... then support told me to try and purchase again... figured it was just taking its good only time... after about 14 hrs i contacted Microsoft again, this support agent told me there was a issue with the licence, im not sure what he meant by that but he could not get my gold refunded for some reason... after trying 3 more times to get a hold of war gaming i contacted Microsoft 1 more time this time i got it refunded after a lengthy session... her only answer was to stop playing the game.... thought that was a little unprofessional but whatever... i like my addictions... i can only assume there is this licencing issue still going on... any suggestions? my eyes burn from looking through the Microsoft help pages, the live forums, etc. i cant find anything useful toward this issue... and yes ive reinstalled my account, im in the loooong process of reinstalling the game, and ive made this console my home box... twice, and just for fun, ive dumped my alternate mac, and ive done a few full shutdowns.

I see your friend has opened multiple tickets about this issue. This is not advised since it creates duplicate tickets for an issue already being investigated, and takes up time for CS to resolve the issue at hand.

I know the wait can sometimes be unbearable, but patience is key when waiting for a response.

CS has quite a few tickets to get through, since all of the deals this weekend were live, and they will be responding to each one in the order they were received.

Same here.  Have an open ticket concerning my purchase of the Boilermaker after I earned it through the ops.  Purchased it for the "Last Stand" skill set with the special crew.  System took my gold, did not give me a Boilermaker crew or Last Stand" crew, gave me a garage slot plus silver.  Submitted ticket to get this fixed and nothing heard.

Had the exact same problem on Saturday and Sunday on Xbox one.  System just showed a line like it was syncing, but never allowed me to go to stage of confirming or not confirming the purchase. Turned Xbox One on and off multiple times, logging off and reclogging on with no resolution.  Was finally able to make my gold purchases through the Xbox 360 console instead of Xbox One console.

If you can give me the info below we can take a look into the issue.
  • Gold bundle you tried to buy
  • Time you attempted to purchase the bundle
  • Server you were on
  • If there is "Gold purchasing unavailable" within the logs tab

After you supply this info I will be able to send it over to the devs and we can see what may be the issue for your account.
