NA West server. Several games tonight all players have been frozen in place for the first 15-30 seconds of match.

A few times there has been a long delay at the end of the match as well after the victory/defeat has sounded.

This has been for all in the match, not just me.

It just happened again. No countdown to start of match(clock read 0:00), and then the game starts at 9:26 sec. All greens were frozen.
