Me and my friend are trying to buy gold in the store on Xbox one and 

the store won't load up... is this just us and if so how can you fix?

As I said above all I get is the scrolling line then nothing it would be nice to know how to fix this!

whenever that happens to me, i got to the desktop, quit tanks,  go to settings, network, network settings, advanced settings, alternate mac address, clear... it will prompt to restart your console, restart... try buying gold then... that recipe works a lot o the time for chat issues... of coarse both parties have to do it...

 

if this doesn't work, try turning your console totally off.. you can do that through the settings as well... unplug the console... wait about 15 sec. plug in and try again...

Ok thank you!! I had tried that about an hour ago with no luck... but I just tried again and it is working for the time being tanks again!!
