Spoiler

I was expecting the game to end quite early on due to losing too many of our tanks on the hill flank, but the enemy were nice enough to let me relocate and farm them until it came down to me and a JPanther vs a T23E3/Hammer. With me only having 6 shots left.

All I needed was the JP to hit the Hammer at least twice but instead he chose to hit him once and then push instead of fall back. Which got him killed.

Played Cat and Mouse with the T23E3 until the Hammer showed up, with the T23E3 not having a shot on me and me having a beautiful side shot at the Hammer who had not bothered to turn his turret, I took a shot.

The round was expended, the shot didn't do anything. I do not know if the shot went through the Hammer, shot out the side of my turret or simply hit an invisible wall extending off the rock I was using as cover, all I know is that it poofed into thin air.

I managed to break contact, reappear only to break contact again and catch the T23E3 off guard, but I now only had 4 rounds and the Hammer had taken minimal damage, he chose to go into the cap and I was able to get all 4 shots on him without any return fire.

First hit for 247, good enough, second for 208, third for 201 and final for 211. The Hammer no longer had the time to cap but I simply had nothing more to throw at him except for my own tank but because 3 of my 4 shots had low rolled significantly I couldn't even risk a ram.

I actually went and compiled the whole damage amount of both teams, and the difference was a measly 207. I wagered the Hammer had around 150HP remaining. Had my first shot at him not decided to poof into thin air or I managed to just roll high enough I could risk a ram because I had close to 500 HP remaining, I would have potentially won that game.

27 out of 30 of my shots managed to hit, 4 of them just didn't manage to do anything and bar the mystery round, 2 of them whizzed by the enemy tanks.

Nice game. I cant seem to make that tank work for me. I like the tank, but I think I might be playing a little too aggressive.

It's a rather weird tank to get around.

You have to play it in a way that you aren't the centre of attention, given you don't have any armour to speak of (though I have bounced a Borsig shot with it) and being quite tall with mediocre gun depression can cause problems. But close enough that you can get the gun to work as while it seems to be rather decent at shots on the move and whatnot, the accuracy is somewhat lacking especially for a tank with such limited ammo capacity.

It's as 'average' as your usual VII Mediums but I'd say it's especially highlighted by the abysmally low ammo which means any shot that doesn't go in for damage hurts significantly.

That makes sense. The last 3 games I played, I wan bottom tier and got rushed by T9 mediums. Not much I could do about an E50 in my face.

The Czechs seem to have a rather worrying tendency of getting bottom tier.

Though I'm also noticing that my T-34-2 insists on being in X games.

Just wondering, which gun do you use on the t-34-2? I ended up using the 122 and loading heat. A lot. Not the best T8 medium lol.

I kept switching between them when I first got it, but upon getting it back I've been focusing on the 100mm for it's 'reliability' over the sheer alpha of the 390 cause 12 second reload and all isn't so fun when trying to maintain above 91%.

I believe it's the second worst VIII Medium only because the TVP VTU showed up, but for some reason the % requirements on it are quite annoying, I'm unsure if it's actually got a higher average required than most others, or it's just so bad to try to maintain that average.

I think I was spoiled by the super low KV-13 requirements. Now if I don't move up every game I get annoyed lol.

Just maintaining it is annoying enough, trying to get it to go up is bloody infuriating with the endless X games and the fact that I often end up 'losing' out on Assist because I get a whole bunch of spotted and tracked.

There's not really much gain unless it's a fantastic game, except getting a fantastic game in a lacklustre tank is quite troublesome when every tank and their four cousins wants to rush you.

Hoping the influx of IS-3A's allows me to finally get more mid-tier or even potentially top tier games in it where it's possible to be useful as anything but bait against the enemy Deathstar and Deathstar II.

Then I intend to Silver grind a ton before I get back into the T-34/100.

Only around 27,000,000 ;-;

It feels bad not being above 30k so I wanna get it up to 35,000,000 before I really go grinding other tanks.

First world problems of having plenty of tanks, mostly free of which to potentially Silver grind in, but none I actually wanna play to Silver grind.

Oh no that isn't enough.

It was Dark Moon Blade + Power Within on Falchion +10.

If I could that then T-34-2 would actually be enjoyable most of the time.

I noticed that you can DMB the Fume Ultra Greatsword the other day. That + hornet ring = Funny invasions

I almost never partook in Invasions, only via the random rings now and again to get stuff for 100%'ing the games apart from Demon's.

I really did not keep up with Miracles and whatnot in the series after the first Dark Souls, as I didn't New Game+ DSII enough to need it, and DSIII did not appear to need it as much. And I've always had the really bad tendency of finding some Longsword I like and not switching even when on NG+7.

I try to stay away from invasions in DSIII, because its almost always a gank squad. I red signed a lot on the Iron Keep Bridge in DSII. I didn't really play DSI, but I am going through it now.
