This is meant to be a guide for you to use when creating report threads. It greatly assists us in investigating any reports you have.

We really love screenshots and videos!

Types of Reports

Store/Purchase Reports - Store/Purchase reports include any problems with gold purchasing or failure to receive purchased bundles.

  • Store Reports:
    • What is occurring. (ex. I didn't receive my gold after purchasing the 850 gold pack.)
    • Description on what happens when you tried making the purchase.
    • What time you attempted to make the purchase including timezone.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
       

Connection Reports - Connection reports include any failure to connect or lag related reports.

  • Connection Reports:
    • What is occurring. (ex. I receive an R0P0 error at the launcher screen)
    • What error you are seeing, please include the full error message.
    • When it started and is happening, including your time zone.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on or attempting to connect to. (East, West, Europe, Asia)

 

Tank Reports - Tank reports include anything specific to tank art, stats, or tank gameplay.

  • Tank art reports:
    • Descriptive information as the where on the tank the art bug can be found including the equipped package name. (ex. The gun on the MS-1's T-18 U package does not have camo applied to it.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.
  • Tank stats reports:
    • Descriptive information of what stat is incorrect and why. (ex. The Cromwell's view range is incorrectly showing 300 when it should be 360 in the tank info screen.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot of where the stat is wrong or listed incorrectly.
  • Tank gameplay reports:
    • Descriptive information of what is happening that is effecting gameplay and what tank it is occurring on. (ex. The T57 Heavy is not showing the correct location that you are aiming and is offset to the right.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.

 

Map/Object Reports - Map and object reports include any art, visual, or collisions dealing with the maps themselves.

  • Map reports:
    • Descriptive information of what is occurring is and on what map it is happening on. (ex. The snow storm effects on Erlenberg winter are the wrong color.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.
  • Object reports:
    • Descriptive information that includes what the object is, what map it's on, it's location, and what problem it causes. (ex. The large rock at D5 on Sacred Valley War is blocking my shots.)
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • Screenshot or video of the report.

 

Ops Reports - Ops reports include any failure to track op completion or failing to reward the player for finishing an op.

  • Ops reports:
    • The name of the Op.
    • The name of the tank you were using.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
    • What is wrong with it. (ex. Failing to track my damage caused, exp gained, tanks killed, or failing to award rewards.)
    • A screenshot of both the Ops tab with the op highlighted and the Logs tab.
    • A screenshot of the post battle screen if it is specific to that battle.

 

Web Portal Reports - Web portal reports relate to any issues on https://console.worldoftanks.com/

  • Tankopedia reports:
    • Descriptive information as to what is occurring.(ex. The VK 28.01 lists the wrong traverse speed for the default package.)
    • A link to the tankopedia page.
  • Player stats reports:
    • What stat, medal, or ribbon count is incorrect.
    • A link to your stats page.
  • Clan reports:
    • Descriptive information as to what is occurring. (ex. My friend isn't receiving the invite to my clan.)
    • Link to the clan page

 

Miscellaneous Reports - Anything that isn't covered by one of the sections above.

  • Misc Reports:
    • Describe the issue as clearly as possible.
    • What platform were you on. (XB360, XB1, PS4)
    • What server you were on. (East, West, Europe, Asia)
    • Include a screenshot or video if the issue is something visual.

This getting really old, every time WG does a update or something I have to remaster most of my tanks. I thought they fixed this issue and another they were suppose to send me gold and premium time which I have never received and now after I remastered my tanks for the sixth time guess what I have to do it all over again, Whatever fix you were suppose to do you never did thanks alot.

I have a few threads on the same "fix" and subsiquent "fixes". What tickets don't cover is discussion. I have not played since the 3.6 "fix", if admin actualy "fixed" the bug we would not have a need to push the lead post. WOT admin decided to "fix" the bug by compensation. It did not compensate all, it took ages to get around to most of the leftovers and the communication was almost nil by mouth. Support tickets do not solve issues that go beyond robot response.  Obviously more got caught out than their " 'bot culture can handle. They should not have given in and instead of just compensation, perhaps concentrated on fixing the BUG! They gave in and that is at the heart of it because there does not seem to be any turning back, just bumbling ahead. Wot staff or 'bots can not get their head around support tickets to uderstand the Alfa issue. Communication leads to discussion, leads to better understanding + customer satisfaction = support. WOT are not "fixing" anything. Most support I have had is from customers, what does that tell WOT? We will never know. Peace and love to all including staff (except for 'bots) Johnno. P.S. I am not THAT crazy.

They arent bots though? Seem to get some sort of discussion when I submit tickets to WG?

When you submit a ticket and they can not understand your issue or ask that you keep your discussion on the issue down to two sentences, that is robotic. People are not that stupid or has the English language been dumbed down THAT much? I get plenty of discussion around my discussion but not much that involves any fix. My "issue" was from the 3.6 "fix" it did not happen for me and others initially because actual staff gave in on the problem then let robots take care of the compo. I was not compensated early or properly like most were. So the rest of us look like perenial whingers and are swatted as such. The only discussion I have had is from players as yourself + Max Chaos who tried but dose not get it and Raibot who organized the "fix". How do you think I have faired? I have been partialy compensated, true, but my fight has been for the rest thst were not believed, as I was not at first believed. So I can only gather that my compo was to shut me up!  When I go to war it is for keeps, game or no game. My point has been that I would like to introtuce the game to others as I do like it but I can not recomend it to others till communication is improved. I can handle dumbed down to a degree but my friends...not so much. Have not played for about 2 and a half months but still keep track of conversations within the game.OK with pay to play but not without a guarrentee anymore as way too much time is spent on exp only to lose it in a glitch? blah! Would like to play again but... Peace and love to all except 'bots give them nothing Johnno.

there is no support WG is useless they just give you the run around the game is making them tons of money an you cant even get a number to call, just meassge at 3 or 4 am that tell you to do the same thing

i have told them 5 times i get the error code E:W3R0P0 on my ps4 all my buds are playing the game an i get world of tanks service is unavailable

​Have you ever tried to uninstall and reinstall the game or it could be your internet connection all together.

great update, love the longer load times and the fact that I can't get into a match. I love watching that spinning gear thing in the corner of the map on the load screen, got drunk last night and watched it spin for half an hour. good times.

Is any way to provide feedback after problem happen? For example, my tank was stuck on the left north of Karelia map. There is a third small hill near boundary. I don't want to spend hour to describe situation. I am customer and you are seller. This is your problem to improve product. Pls, do something to deal with such issues

The majority of complaints about this game is endless and barely anything get addressed by the devs as long as they get there money they don't care

So heres a new one.  Xbox1, playing Redsire-1944,  Tier 10 T-57.  Head to left side of map and when looking down the barrel I note tanks up close are outlined in white and blinking red in the center.  Weird.  Died early because of this.  Went back to watch what happened in repeat mode and note that green diamond has me starting at E5 not E1 which is where I started from.  Game play looks fine on this.  So played tank again different map.  No outline and tanks appear normal.  Feel this is something intermit never had either of these two problems before.

If you are on a mobile device,  turn it horizontal. If that doesn't work, you'll need to use a PC.:honoring:
