Question concerning the T49

So the Bulldog is a T7 light tank that sees tiers 8-10. Technically the T49 a T8 light that sees tiers 9-11. Since their is no 11 does the T49 see a greater number of tier 10 games?

Yes, you're going from 33/33/33 to 50/50 due to an only 2 tier spread instead of three.
