If I post video evidence of some people cheating... not hacking... will they receive some form of punishment?

How were they cheating? Also don't post the video here you will probably get in trouble for naming and shaming. Submit it in a support ticket under physics abuse.

I have been playing over three+ years and have never seen any evidence of cheating or hacking. Period.

These players were in the same clan but on separate teams and the players on my team were pushing friendly tanks into the line of fire and letting the guy on the other team farm them.

No, I realise that. Btw, someone once mentioned this too--where platoons will play on both teams and give away positions and stuff. It definitely is very unsportsmanlike.

According to my latest experience with the support team, they mentioned that Wargaming console division has 0 control over account connecting to their servers. Thats on PS4 side anyways. They said that unsportsmanlike conduct or people not respecting the game's rule should be reported to PSN and that Wargaming cannot put sanctions on accounts. That's all fine and dandy but the problem is that the only way I know to report someone is to report a chat text and that text must break Sony's rule of conduct. To report player in a third party game on PSN, it needs to be reported to the developer of the game. But Wargaming says they have no control on accounts. So what's next?

At the moment, on PS4, trollers and cheater can do their business freely without any sanctions and punishments whatsoever.

Report it for physics abuse with the video, other than that not much you can really do.

It would be nice if a list of violations that could result in punishment were shown in some of the loading screens from time to time. We have things telling about the communication wheel and how to turn your tank to reduce damage. Why not a list of things not to do to your teammates?
