Here you go.  Got this when they had the event where we could use Free XP for Crew XP.  That's why all the Free XP cost stuff is mixed in there.  We were trying to find out the cost of training up a brand new crew to 25 skills/ perks with that Free XP event thing.  Anyway, when you went to that menu, you could actually see the exact amount of "Crew XP" your selected crew had.  Other than that, I don't believe there's another way to visually see the exact amount of "Crew XP" your crew currently has (despite this being requested many times on the Suggestion Threads).  It just shows the percentage progression you currently have for the skill/ perk you're currently training.  You can look up your lifetime "Tank XP" on your stats page, but that's only for your vehicles.  Your "Crew XP" will be significantly higher.  Although you get "Crew XP" equal to the amount of "Tank XP" in every game, you also get more "Crew XP" that's not shown on the end-game screen, depending on your modifiers (something else we've been requesting for the end-game screen for a while now, too).  The Crew XP bonuses you get from Mentor, Elite Tanks, Premium Tanks, Boosts, and Operations are beautiful things and make training up your crews a lot faster.  Remember that the required Crew XP for a skills/ perks doubles every 4 that are trained.  Hope this helps.

Your figures are right buddy but only for non-elite tanks. Here they are for elites.

A Non-elite tank is a tank in the tech-tree where all of the packages and the following tech-tree tank or tanks haven't been researched (you don't have to purchase them, just research them).

An Elite tank is a tank in the tech-tree where all of the packages and the following tech-tree tank or tanks have been researched and has a 25% accelerated crew training xp bonus.

Premium tank is a tank that is either non-rare (found in the tech-tree) or rare (available only from the store for a limited time) which has the 25% accelerated crew training xp bonus + an additional boost to tank xp earning.

Here are the numbers for crew training:

To take a crew from 50% to 100% it takes 48,314 crew xp (non-elite) or 38,651 crew xp (elite).

To take a crew from 75% to 100% it takes 24,157 crew xp (non-elite) or 19,326 crew xp (elite).

Once a crew reaches 100% it can train skills or perks at the following crew xp rate:

Each skill/perk from 1 to 4 trains at 100,800 (non-elite) or 80,640 (elite) crew xp each.

Each skill/perk from 5 to 8 trains at 201,600 (non-elite) or 161,280 (elite) crew xp each.

Each skill/perk from 9 to 12 trains at 403,200 (non-elite) or 322,560 (elite) crew xp each.

Eack skill/perk from 13 to 16 trains at 806,400 (non-elite) or 645,120 (elite) crew xp each.

Each skill/perk from 17 to 20 trains at 1,612,800 (non-elite) or 1,290,240 (elite) crew xp each.

Each skill/perk from 21 to 24 trains at 3,225,600 (non-elite) or 2,580,480 (elite) crew xp each.

Skill/perk 25 (currently the max amount per crew) trains at 6,451,200 (non-elite) or 5,160,960 (elite) crew xp.

Chaps, if a tank is a keeper make sure you Elite it ASAP.

Premium tank crew xp bonus

Premium tanks come with an additional tank xp bonus which makes them the best vehicles to train crews in. Some premium tanks have extra tank training bonuses on top of those listed below (e.g. T-34-88 trains crew at 50% not 30%):

Tier 2 = 70% tank xp bonus, Tier 3 = 60% tank xp bonus, Tier 4 = 50% tank xp bonus, Tier 5 = 40% tank xp bonus, Tier 6 = 30% tank xp bonus, Tier 7 = 20% tank xp bonus and Tier 8 = 10% tank xp bonus.

Non-Premium, non-elite with 1000 Base Tank XP

- 1000 Tank XP = 1000 Crew XP

Non-Premium, elite with 1000 Base Tank XP

- 1000*1.25 = 1250 Crew XP

Tier II Premium with 1000 Base Tank XP

- 1000*1.7 = 1700 Tank XP

- 1700*1.25 = 2125 Crew XP

Correct.  Your figures are like the ones on the spreadsheet JacKTh4RiPPa made that I stuck in my siggy a while back (so I could find it easier).  The figures I posted above came about from someone asking how much it'd cost to use Free XP converted to Crew XP for up to 25 skills/ perks with a brand new crew in one go.  Since it was a straight "1 Free XP = 2 Crew XP" transfer in the purchase screen , you don't get any of the Crew XP mulitpliers like you would during a game match from things like Mentor, Elite tanks, Premium tank, Operations, etc.  You can only get those bonuses from actually playing in a match.  Sorry, I thought the note in red explained that better.

Those are the figures I was going to put up.

Also OP, if you are serious about training up to hit the cheevo quickly - make sure that you do it in a tank that you do well in. Having a tank with a good premium XP boost is good, but it only boosts the base XP you earn in a battle. Having a tank that you consistently do well in, gets you the most base XP and the fastest gains. Of course if you can consistently get high XP battles in a tank with those premium bonuses then it is the best of both worlds.

Churchill III has the best bonus,

Black tanks, Vengeance and T-34-88 are very close behind.

I hope it helps!  :)
