Place your bets! Overpowered Tiger 131 console stats or the stats that HT No. VI and Tiger 131 have on PC?

Probably get the PC stats. I highly doubt they'll pull a 131 on it.

I assume they're still going to keep it as a Tier 6, like on PC.  It'd be nice if they make it a Tier 7, like all the other Tigers, though.

I'm going with they will not pull a 131, but will probably make it a tier 7 with a slightly lower ROF than the 131.  I mean there's no way I'm buying it if it comes in at tier 6.  There are tanks that are just going to wreck it.

Whats wrong with it being tier VI? You'll dominate in VI matches, beating up on all the tier IVs and Vs and doing work to other VIs. 

 

You should still have decent games in Tier VII and with a little bit of premium spam you can be competitive in Tier VIII games.

Because for some unknown reason (to me anyway), people freak if a premium tank is good. Lose it if it's as good as a tech tree. Go Krakatoa if they feel its better in ANY way over a tech. The crap storm of pay to win comes raining down with a slight showering of this is a free to play game blah blah blah.

This of course is all null and void if it's a tank they like and find some justification why it's ok that it competes well.

Well I really hope it's the PC version, no need to have two of the same tanks...I mean I'll get it either way, I love Tigers! But it'd be nice to own a tier 6 Tiger and not just a bunch of 7's...

​It'll be great, but really, the tech tree VK 36.01 will still have better pen since the #6 wont be getting the buffed baby 88... so it's already slightly underperforming versus a tech tree tank in at least one regard...

Kaiju or HT No. 6 for a crew trainer? I'm leaning to the Kaiju for the slightly better silver and the fact it has better pen. It also has better armor. Though I read the No. 6 is suppose to be like a non elite tiger, I do like the tigers. But the final package makes the tiger.

As far as the STA goes, I'm waiting on that black versions. I don't need more credit earners. If the blacks never come back oh well. I'll just pick up a few tier 4-5 for trainers. I'm kitted out pretty well.

The HT-6 is extremely disappointing.  Does not get PMM, and most of the games I have played in it at Tier VIII.  Have to use premium rounds most of the time, and even those bounce.  The STA-2 on the other hand is a fun tank.

A short time after this post, had one of my best games in the HT-6.  5 kills, three in the last two minutes as the game found me 5 versus 1.  Survived the game but lost to the red team capping.  As noted above, pretty much had to use premium rounds in order to stay alive.

Agreed completely- it should have been a tier VII with PMM, and stats to match- after all, Tiger 131 is a tier VI on PC as is HT no. VI, so the specs should match Tiger 131 on console. Always bottom tier, losing craptons of silver spamming prammo everywhere to just compete, and getting my [edited]handed to me by tier V mediums. Something is way off with this tank. I actually had better battles in my Chi-Nu Kai today, and that was bouncing more shots than my HT6! I was so looking forward to a Japanese Tiger, and it turned out to be a paper tiger instead. Bought it on the day of release, and still haven't completed the ace op yet- it's such a slog just getting enough XP each match, let alone wins- and that's WITH the X3 boost ops and the on-track Japanese tanks ops taken into consideration.

Funny thing- after yesterday's rant, today's gaming with it was really good. I can actually see the potential and effectiveness of this tank now.
