Does anyone know why the marks of excellence on some of my British tanks are black instead of the thick white they’re supposed to be? Is it something anyone else has noticed?

Yeah.

But on some of the urban and summer camos they just blend in.

They are white on some camos and black on others. They are supposed to be higher contrast no matter which camo you pic. IE there shouldn't be black MOEs on dark camos. Got pics?

I thought you meant the black spot from the title. Sometimes I get the black spot and RNG just works me over.
