My grandpa fought on the island of Leyte.  When he passed away the grandkids each got to take what they would like to keep from his house.  I found his old tank destroyer manual and thought it was really cool.  I would like to post some pictures of it on this forum to share with my fellow tankers.  It's a cool part of history.  What's the best way to do that?

Scan the pages in question, or take a high quality photo, and then upload them to some place that allows outside links.  Copy the links here.

If you want to be one of the 47 Ronin check out our recruitment post and then send a message to Prof935 (xbox) or dimka935 (ps4).

My grandfather on my mother's side was a tank driver in the USMC, got his tank knocked out in the battle of Tarawa. He survived it but got a steel plate put into his skull because if his wounds.

The plate actually saved him later in life when he became a yellow cab driver and had a passenger take a claw hammer to his skull to avoid paying the fare.

My father fought in WW2, fought both the Germans and the Japanese. His first duty was chasing u boats out of New York harbor, then went through the Panama canal and took the fight to the Japanese under Halsey serving in his "little beaver" squadron.
