The Gemini Rogues will be starting a new video series,

Top 5 Tier 6 heavy tanks, the rogues killers05 and myself love other players opinion because all tankers are different with different playing styles and different favourites. We would like your opinion on what you think the best tier 6 heavy tank order is?

KV-2 is the best, nuff said.

As for the others, not sure. VK 36 is pretty good (though I played when I was a complete noob and sucked in it)

VK 36.01, M6, OI, ARL-44, KV-85 in no particular order although I think the VK 36.01 is probably the best Tier VI Heavy.

I’ve played all of them except the French. Imo tier 6 is very swingy for heavies. While they are good at top tier, they are very bad at bottom tier, especially the derpy tanks like the O-I, KV2 and KV85 with the big gun.

I think if I had to play one for another hundred games, I’d probably take the M6. It has a little armour, decent manouverability gun depression and the us90mm is not awful at tier 6.

I think VK 36,

then Churchill (if you can live with the speed),

KV-2,

I don't have the ARL, but it looks reasonably strong with good depression,

I haven't tried the OI since the armour nerf,

I struggled with the KV-85 gun depression.

:)

1. VK36, best combination of gun, armour and mobility.
2. Churchill VII, withering cannon fire, troll armour well angled right, good hit-point pool, let down by speed.
3. OI, best combo of armour and raw derp, let down by size. But once moving it can be unstoppable other than by arty or an appropriate flanking tank.
4. M6, only downfall is its side armour which betrays it's massive flanks. But top gun is so very good, and turret gives you a lot of protection.
5. KV85, blind as a bat but such good gun choices at each upgrade. Toughened turret gives it hull down potential.

Others:
KV2, just funny to derp every now and then but otherwise a horrendous shell magnet without the armour to get away with it and in unreliable gun in either form.
ARL44, top cannon almost redeems it. But it handles badly otherwise and is like swiss cheese after most battles.
T150, let down by average armour.

Great knowledge and a different point of view, nicely said

(1)VK 3601 (2) T150 (3) Churchill (4) OI (5)KV85 of course thats if your an aggressive in play style. The T150 is the most overlooked of them all.(1) Maneuver ability excellent armor, good gun (2) Good gun, maneuver ability if played right hard to pen. (3) Great gun but slow maneuvering. Good armor. (4) OI has a nasty gun but very weak armor if opponent knows weakness. (5) KV85 is workable but nothing to brag about

According to wotinfos Nerfbarometer, the Tier 6 Heavy Tank average performance ranking (Winrate, average damage, WN 8 etc.) looks like this:

1. British Bulldog

2. Heavy Tank No. 6

3: Kaiju O-I

4. KV-2

5. TOG II*

6. O-I

7. T-150

8. M6

9. ARL-44

10. KV-85

11. VK 36.01 (H)

12. Churchill VII

Disclaimer: Premium tanks have a better average performance due to PMM and/or no need for stock grinds.

That may be the nerf solution. But reality of the matter is actual gameplay. The Bulldog and No.6 are great tanks, but i assumed we were talking standard line vehicles.

The KV-2 can be fun but it's not consistent enough for me to consider it a great tank.  It's just really slow.  Once it's targeted it goes down pretty easily.  Very rarely does my armor bounce a lot of shots (probably because everyone knows exactly where to shoot at it and with the 20 second reload they're not afraid to take their time).  It is fun when you get the random game where that derp goes off and you just one shot everything that gets stuck in your reticle.  That's rare, though.  Most of the time I find myself bouncing shots, not hitting anywhere near where I'm aiming or just missing completely when my reticle is covering most of my target.  Maybe I'm playing it wrong.  I prefer maneuverability and surgical precision with a fast reload.

Not much love for the T150, could the others take down a Defender and walk away?

Well, if the Defender driver negates their armour profile like that person did they proably would too ;)

Remember, it's just a game!

I think the big shot that takes out 2/3rds of its health at 0:40 is a bigger factor than the T150 that survives by the skin of its teeth.

What used to make the T150 good, is now let down by power creep of the OI, and the overall better flexibility of the similar KV85 which has a more accurate gun with better RoF.
