WarGaming, I reach so often my quota on "allowed" positive votes...when will you get rid of THIS ??? --> You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day

I mean, what is the reason behind a quota for positiveness? Why can`t we just give everywhere positive thumps, if we want to? What is the joke behind it? We have so much negative moments...why can`t we spread positive energy? How can we

when we got positive quotas?

Here, have my positive vote for that.

I like it. Never have I reached this, but if I did, I would have thought, wth!? Because I didn't know there was a limit and why it should be there.

Don't believe my battle count. It is missing 12355 battles on PC(and not a single one will ever be added to that number again) and 852 battles on mobile.

I guess it's there so that noone makes a second account and likes every little thing he posts.

Because you can't like it yourself.

Yes. Just like people would make alt accounts to neg bomb people they didn't like (which was a factor that led to the removal of the neg vote).

If someone got so less self confidence that he need to push himself with fake accounts, he still should be able to do so a while, before he reach this quota. And also with one fake account he should be able to like any post just once and not multiple times, right? So still no reason for me for such quota :(

There is a way to fix that. On Bungie.net, they make it so you have to have an attached gamer profile that has "X" progress on it in order to be able to post.

That would be all too easy to solve here. Who would go that far out of their way just to try to troll a mostly very, very low population forum?

You can't tell me you didn't know this?  there are way to many Facebook, Instagram or whatever accounts out there who do this.

And yes you need a very low self-esteem to like you own post/buy likes.

But I don't know if this is the real reason why WG did this. This just seems to be a possibility.

I don`t own a Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or whatever account (one of the main reasons WGs european forum closing hit me so hart) so I don´t know what is going on there. But if people really buy likes there, I´m sooo happy for not being part of this system

A guy here made an army of alts to give himself upvotes. He would upvote himself thousands of times, the mods would reset it, and he would do it again. Long time forumers know him as the guy who apparently had to see a vicar or something regarding wot due to his wife, some daft story like that anyway.

The cap is a relic from when we had positive and neg buttons. They wanted people to be able to see who was a positive contributor and who wasn't. When someone would post something funny, they would get tons of positive votes so there was a cap on it to make it to where they couldn't "farm" positive votes to offset the negative they did.

Originally I think it was capped at 10 or 15 per day? They upped it to 25-30 a day I think.

That's why there are so many puppets, I defend wargaming, people who do not play the game, and want to be moderators, thinking that they will win a wargaming press account, all manipulated, sad!

But don`t you all also think that such quotas...relicts from old times, as someone called them, should go? Or are you fine with them? As I find it very disturbing....

A relic of the great like/unlike wars of 2014.

They may as well just get rid of the like system all together.

Exact my thoughts. Just deactivate of this whole liking system would be fine. But so it is just annoying.
