I don't like the new circular cap counters.  They're too big and distracting.  You had cap counters ok a few revisions ago, with just the 3/3 count needed.  I'm not quite so against circular indicators on the map, but in the HUD it's really distracting. 

 

Remove YOLO Merc requirements for the sake of gameplay.

The new crew portraits are indeed laughable bad, almost to the point where they look like a last minute photoshop job. I can understand that we can't always get nicely detailed portraits like the old ones, but these are a little too slap dash for my taste.

 

So here's a suggestion; what about more portraits in the vein of the War Stories art style? I rather like the way the War Stories portraits look in my garage and they certainly have more character than the new ones. While not "realistic" like the old portraits, the War Stories portraits mesh with the overall aesthetics far better than the new ones.

This is the feedback thread for the new Crew portraits.  Don’t feel bad though, I get confused too sometimes!

 I saw the post by Raibot in the recent posts list that said Update 4.4.... and thought it was a general feedback thread.  The forum truncated the rest of the thread title.  My mistake.

Don't like the new crew portraits at all. They all look like they have a swollen, bruised face on one side of their head. Plus, I think they are way to cartoony to represent people, especially if you wanted them to represent the people that play the game who wanted more diversity to pick from.

New crew portraits look like unfinished work someone has started as a side project, just to get familiar with Photoshop features, and then decided to slide them in game as a part of the 4.4 Update. The quality of old portraits is so much better in so many ways. I don't think many players will use those portraits, they just don't fit.

I wonder if PC has more crew portraits in its base than Console, since every now and then I see some new cool crew portrait in PC contributors vids. If PC has more crew portraits, why not just simply import them to Console?


 

The 13. (Tiger) Kompanie, of Panzer Regiment Großdeutschland, reported on the performance of the 88 mm KwK 36 L/56, when their Tigers engaged the T-34: "First round hits were usually achieved at ranges between 800 to 1,000 meters. At these ranges, the Panzer Granate (they are referring to the PzGr. 39 APCBC ammunition) absolutely penetrated through the frontal armor, and usually still destroyed the engine at the rear of the T-34 tank.
