Pls help I need write in German forum but it is close for start a new topic . I only can write in this English forum .

And support can I write in German or English ? I become wrong Tank. I use the starter pack Kraken edition for PS4 an I become the viper edition . I no need the red one I need the blue Tank.

Du kannst den Support auch auf Deutsch anschreiben.

Kann aber ein paar Tage dauern,  bis du eine Antwort bekommst.

Fahre den Panzer dann nach Möglichkeit nicht. Das könnte die Sache sonst nur verkomplizieren.

 Ist schon frech das man den falschen Panzer bekommt . Hab ich auf PC oder Xbox noch nie gehabt solche Fehler .

As far as my experience with the german support goes, they seem to only do the bare minimum and if something needs more than three clicks, they say they can't do anything to help you because of [insert generic answer here]. Now I only write to the english support. Much faster and way more helpful.

Seid dem 8ten ist das Ticket in der Warteschleife . Wenn das bei der PS4 Standard ist das man ignoriert wird und mit falschen Panzern gelockt wird ist das echt Abzocke . Würde ja gerne auch hier auf der PS4 Geld investieren aber so nicht . Ich warte jetzt noch bis Ende der Woche dann überlege ich mir andere Schritte .

Yes I become the viper not the kraken T7 . I like the blue ,it is my favorite color

ein kleiner Tipp:

become heißt werden

get oder receive heißt bekommen

Das ist ein leicht zu machender Fehler für Deutsche

 

Um es für nicht Deutschsprachler verständlicher zu machen:

 

So you received the Viper instead of the Kraken you bought. I hope the german support can help you. If they are as helpful as I remember them, write me what you want to write to the english support in german and I translate it for you.
