You've already bought it, haven't you?

I would legitimately prefer to play any other US premium tank over this one. It is that bad.

You can PM with with questions, if you wish. I don't bite.

Compilation thread of my ideas

Gun is unreliable. Armour is unreliable. Turret is epic, but has a burger bun of doom on its roof. Mobility not as good as it needs to be as a medium. Absolutely outclassed by the Motherland.

Chieftain/T95 is the equivalent with very similar issues.

Would be decent hull down if not for that tumour.

It has decent mobility, troll front plate armor load out perfect for people who auto-aim at you, is low profile, decent rate of fire and usable APCR pen.

For me I like it because simply... it's low profile with enough ROF to keep things at bay, for a PrefMM you can't say it's trash, only that it sits in my personal opinion.. in the exact category a premium tank SHOULD be.

I like mine enough to keep it, but not enough to suggest buying it. The only "American" tank I would consider buying is the AMX Chaffee and it's still in the TT. or maybe the Scorpion. Nothing at T8 looks good to me.

I like it. Honestly don't know why it gets so much hate.

^^^ this ^^^

I don't seem to have as many problems with it as other players do, and I think it's a fairly decent tank. Having PMM is a huge bonus.

Beware the Banshee Comet! According to Irish folklore, a Banshee is a ghost-like creature that wails (keens) to warn you of your impending death. However on the battlefield, the last screams you hear will be your own!

NOTE - I am taking a temporary leave from playing World of Tanks due to certain family obligations. I hope to see many of you back out in battle soon!

I don't own this tank, but am tempted to buy it. Here's why. Go to Nerf Barometer for last 30 days and select all tier 8 premiums for xbox. There are 68 tanks listed. Sort by win8 (highest to lowest). T95E2 is #6, motherland is #53, and Centennial/t95 is #51. I have lot of games in the motherland and the cen/t95. I consider those rankings to be a fair assessment.

PMM with a high silver multiplier is worth a lot to me at tier 8. The superpershing gives me fits, but it earns a lot of silver (I rarely use apcr). How does theT95E2 compare to the SP?

Boring. Bad. Garbage.

Buy a Super Pershing. Better Prammo too.

Never said it was trash. I said it was unreliable. The minute you try and rely on any one supposedly reasonable feature of the tank, it has a glaring flaw undoing it.

I should like it, I like pretty much every other medium in the game, but it trolls the [edited]out of me too often for me to actually want to play it more consistently.

The Cent/T95 is pretty much identical in terms of what is good about it, versus what let's it down. It is similarly unreliable.

The Motherland is far better balanced. It's the only tank that I actually want to have.

Expect 20 threads on this crappy tank from OP

Some buffs would be nice. Remove that godawful 250 HEAT for 268mm (i think) APCR from the Pershing and buff the AP to 192 would be great. Remove the tumor, buff the side armor to 76mm (ALL of it not just bits of it) and buff the gun and it wouldn't be so bad.

I'm looking for a tier 8 American crew trainer for my 10-skill Pershing crew and noticed that this tank was on sale in the premium tech tree. I also noticed that it gets pref. MM - I'm not really keen on the classic SuperPershing because of the mobility.

What do you think? Looks like it's only 7500 gold.

I've read your "take issue with" threads on various things WOT that unnerve you   This tank will have typing regret until your fingers bleed.  I wouldn't buy it if I were you ;)

Maybe better choince will get hybride,  by less then half price ?

From 12'850 coins  to 5100 actualy for MVP medal members

Stil turret and gun from T95E2

But

Penetration buffed to 190mm

Accuracy on move buffed

Extra bonus for USA and Chinese crew,  very effective

View range buffed to 400 meters

  • Gun depression is an advantage, with a whopping -9 degrees, surpassing the Type 59!
  • Better on-the-move accuracy than even the Pershing
  • Bigger ammo capacity than the Type 59
  • Turret is very well angled, able to bounce many tier 7 tanks shots
  • Best view range in its tier, able to spot by only peeking out the cupola even a bit.
