Why do the console maps always seem to have much more volatile terrain than the PC maps? It serves only to frustrate light tankers, especially on snow maps with snow drifts every 3 feet destroying your momentum, or to throw off shots you may be trying to take on the move only to have your round go into orbit because there's bumps and dips everywhere.

At one point when i saw Fjords and Live Oaks i thought we would have an Older Map each week one at a time, Any progress on this as could tide us over until the mega 9.20.1 mega patch in the Summer.

Will we ever get PC maps like redesigned versions of Pilsen and Province, new Poland map and Asia map?

 

The 13. (Tiger) Kompanie, of Panzer Regiment Großdeutschland, reported on the performance of the 88 mm KwK 36 L/56, when their Tigers engaged the T-34: "First round hits were usually achieved at ranges between 800 to 1,000 meters. At these ranges, the Panzer Granate (they are referring to the PzGr. 39 APCBC ammunition) absolutely penetrated through the frontal armor, and usually still destroyed the engine at the rear of the T-34 tank. In 80 percent of the cases, shots from the same range hitting the side of the hull toward the rear of the tank resulted in the fuel tanks exploding. Even at ranges of 1,500 meters and longer, during favorable weather, it is possible to succeed in penetrating the T-34 with minimal expenditure of ammunition" (JENTZ, Thomas L.; Germany's TIGER Tanks - Tiger I and II: Combat Tactics; op. cit.).

3 MoE tanks: T-34, Pz IVH, Tiger I, Pz.Kpfw. T 25, M7, T-50

Yes Object 277 and K-91 for Mediums, I posted Supertest stats and 277 seems a carbon copy of WZ-111-5A.

Why put lumps of snow all over small city maps such as himmlesdorf making light tanking even more difficult?

Any chance that you are (or will be) developing dynamic environmental effects?

  By “dynamic environmental effects” I mean day/night cycles, weather cycles, etc.  It would be very cool to have actual cloud to ground lightning.  Some of the winter maps would look amazing with aurora borealis overhead.  Variable wind speeds with assorted debris.  Dust devils and tumbleweeds in the desert.

Why do the trees have leaves on the Ardennes winter map?

They are covered in snow and it is hard to see anyone.

And no I am not talking about the pine trees that should hold the snow.

What course is the future of map development on Console taking? To clarify, will we continue to see more corridor maps (I vote no) or will we see more of a combination were all tanks can be useful (please). In conjunction (still one question) will the other be taken away slowly (like the Abbey if it is going towards combination maps)?

 

The latter part is due to the file size limitation we have on console, which is why I see them as a singular question.
