I doubt that WG reduces the price even though they should due to the poor description.  Also, my offers were only good for 24 hours.

There won't be any price changes, they are the discounted prices. :honoring:

I've got a personal offer after I finished a battle with Tier8 M40/M43. Results were 3 kills, 2875 damage and "All American II" with x2 small repair kits on the result screen. But there is no "All American III" tab in the Ops, just "All American" tab as before.

This means if you clear one requirement in the battle, you will get one loot drop and no discount sale offer. If you clear two requirements, you will get one loot drop and All-American Brawler bundle offer. If you clear three requirements , you will get one loot drop and All-American Sniper bundle offer. Am I right ?

So If you want T28 Concept at 50% discount price (tank itself is not 50% discount though), you have to clear three requirements in a single battle, right ? :unsure:

 

EDIT : Chrysler K itself cost 9,200 gold and 3 days premium cost 650 gold and one garage cost 300.   9,200 + 650 + 300 = 10,150    Then 8,000 ÷ 0.75 ≒ 10,667.           10,667 - 10,150 = 517 ⇒ US flag voucher cost ?  I don't need 3 days premium and Flag voucher so my discount rate would be (9.500 - 8,000) ÷ 8,000 =18,75%  not  25% discount at all. :facepalm:

If that is the case they really should have changed the article that was posted on the WOT Console website. It is falsely advertised and not very consumer friendly. It completely reads as if they will be discounted from the prices that are listed on the web page. When posting these articles whoever is proof reading them before they get posted needs to read them as if they are a consumer, not an employee. 

 

As someone who who has worked in customer service for a long time, anytime we “the company” who hold a promotion of some kind that would draw people in to spend their money. If we made a mistake that we found in our wording of the promotion or sale, we would try and fix it right away. But if people were already trying to buy the product at the sale that was originally posted, we never told the customer sorry we made a mistake. We would just swallow the lost and give them the sale or promotion the way it was worded. That’s how we built good relationships would our consumers. It’s not their fault our wording was wrong, so we were not going to punish the consumer for our mistake. 

 

Thats just my outlook on customer service from working with a company that always tried to look at things in the eyes of the consumer.

I work in retail customer service, and it’s the same. All mistakes are honoured, the customer is always right. If a customer buys a product and is not entirely satisfied then they can have a refund or an alternative product. If the product is not as advertised or the price was incorrect the customer is reimbursed or charged the marked price even if we take a loss. WE WANT THAT CUSTOMER BACK! My own experience has always been positive with WG but some of their ‘offers’ are badly worded and some are just not offers. I can see why some players aren’t happy, WG do miss some opportunities

And you said it. “We want the customer back”. A customer is more likely to return and spend money at your business if you honor the mistake you made in advertising or whatever it is, because it shows them you care about them as an individual and not just another person who’s walking through the door that you can get money out of. 

 

I also have always had positive experiences with WG weather it was with customer support or talking to a staff members through the forums. But there has been some missed opportunities as of late with how things are worded on the website weather it’s regarding op’s or sales on the tech tree. I would even offer my assistance in proof reading their articles before they get posted if that was even possible.

Does anyone expect WG marketing team to honour anything? There is no honour among thieves. Was just reading a thread by pepelefrog and there's some proof right there. An honest mistake has cost him 40 bucks and now WG CS have basically told him to get stuffed.

Seriously I think a 7 year old could word there marketing articles more effectively.

Im not gonna to even give them anything anymore because they don't seem to care about their customers, i might only get premium time when discounted but that's it , well that's if the coming updates they say is gonna be amazing actually lives up to what they say because if they hyped up 2 more updates coming that turn out to be crap then i wont be getting premium time at all, but i might not get premium time regardless tbh because i dont want to give them any more money.

They probably need a professional marketing firm to take control. They need a firm strategy for timed events over the year. There seems to be no long term promotional strategy. For example, look at the premium TT it’s not been touched for weeks now. All the focus is on mercs now, but not every customer wants mercs so what about the ones that would buy from the TT? Missed opportunity? How about discounting premium TT that can be used in the mercs ops? Missed opportunity? Fantastic that you would offer to help, I would also, although I think the opportunities they are missing need a dedicated team with clear goals and targets.
