We played and we won but for some unclear reason we where handed out a loss we ofcorse send a ticket about the incident but it was to late.

We won, but "the result was changed by the host", and the victory has been changed in a loss... 

 

This, after 1 hour of delay of the beginning of the tournament, at 3 in the night...

as stated in the page, all participants will get their rewards 98 hours after the weekend :3

 

I’ll be getting the list of all participants from ESL, and process the rewards.

That is why they lost players from before.......long delay before game and then lose by default.

The ways this is handled is not proffesional to say the least i mean we send in a ticket asap after the win was taken away from us.

 

The aswer given by the ESL admin shows lack of knowledge towards there own rules so i will make this clear we as PIRAI will not give up to have this thorougly investigated and solved by court if necessary.

 

Appeal to WG this should be a easy investigation cause all evidence is there right in front of your nose tankbattle 36161888. We have saved this match and all evidence so.

After last night fiasko we tryed the ESL Europe event and it just went crazy we ended up in NA servers and now it is canceled all together great job.

Yep EU was a mess, games not loading then swithed players to NA. Eventualy after lots of sitting around they cancelled the event, shame really I was looking forward to it.

 

ESL isn't exactly new to this so how can it go so wrong so often?.

it's the ESL admin's that are the problem as well as the reporting system you can't send screenshots through to their system from PlayStation 4 nor will the admin's admit their mistake's 

We were going to play Kappa in the round of 16 only for a admin to change the result during our match the admin who did this should own up and apologise to us annul the tournament result and apologise to all players and teams alike

Can you imagine a fifa world cup match being played only for the referee turning around at the end of the match and Saying "the winning team failed to turn up therefore the losing team win's" ? No! me neither. So why and how can the ESL admin do this unfortunately Kappa won by default it wasn't kappa's fault nor any other teams fault just that ESL admin who needs to own up - "man up" as my father says

Real conflict or not.  The perception is there and that is enough.

I hope in the not too distant future for tournaments to return but better managed with better admins and a better complaints procedure these tournaments were the worst i've played in for a few years, I also hope wargaming will better engage with the players, teams and orginisers of said future events, I also hope paingod and raibot01 have seen this farcical tournament for what it was! A Farce!
