You only get those points on the first win of the day on the account not the tank. The rest you have to grind the ops. Also a free point on proving grounds daily too.

finished up 800 points last night. Today only 16 points on Ops and 10 for 50K at infinium,... lol.  doesn't look like there's enough points for the 100 I need so 54 points by the taking of ops and 5 X 50K XP 250,000 I guess I could do it still

what can you do on proving ground to earn a point?

@raibot01 can you confirm there's a daily point up for grabs in the Proving Grounds part of the game for the Take a Point op.

It's the same drop. If you get it on the grounds, you don't get it on multiplayer.

Negative.  The other guy is confused.  You don’t have to play a Multiplayer battle to get the “First Game of the Day” Points.  There are no additional/extra points for PG.  I’ve been playing pretty heavily this month and often take time to run PG and WS missions.... 

 

If you’re trying to squeeze out some last minute points I can offer a couple of pointers.  Set your filters to X2 and only tiers V-X so you can maximize the “Making a Point” Op because that’s 10pts for every 50k XP.  Completing all Daily Ops isn’t always easy, so focus on the ones with the greatest points payoff first.

 

Theres still a couple days to go, so keep your head up! Those points can add up fast when you’re just enjoying yourself.

Also, it was not clear from the description that the final level reward was a Premium tank (nor how many levels there were in total) - not that it would have made much a difference for me, but it seems weird that the most important aspect of this Op was not made more obvious.

I  enjoyed the op myself. However, I finished and got my Scourge by the second week in. I would like to see an upgrade to it by allowing players to receive gold instead of points once finishing the primary op. Even if another 900 pts are earned, that would only amount to 900 gold. This isn't but a pittance (just enough to camo 1 tier ten tank), but, would be a nice extra for players, such as myself who cannot afford to buy gold (due to a disability), but, have plenty of time to play the game. Anyway, it's just an idea. Best to all, and keep on tankin'!

 

edit: oops..I said 'second week in', but it was the third week in, I believe. It was the week of the 'Commander' 35 pt bonus. I finished a day or so after that ended. Sorry.

I have been focusing on the Merc Op and have been playing alot, some frustrating stages on those contracts but most of us are aware of that.   I am surprised that with the amount I have been playing that I likely will not earn the Scourge tank.  Currently at about 800pts.  I am not that concerned about it as I have many Many Russian Tier 8's already and have been focusing on the Merc Contracts.

It does bring up a question that many players have been discussing with me lately.  Are these ops too difficult?  I have been playing for over 2 years and have an OK PR, so if it is difficult for people who play alot there is likely no hope for new players to earn these free tanks.  I see that as a problem; if new players find the ops too difficult and some experienced players find them too difficult will they stop playing WOT or will they stop doing the ops?  I talked to many who have written off the ops as a waste of time.  Is that the purpose?

they should give more ops that help u  on these last  days like 30/50 point ops, take 10  900 is too many  i think
