Lost the optics for better aim-time and swapped out meds for 105 so I think yer good. With the pressure gone, ramming vehicles, starting fights I'm probably gonna lose, and drunk driving will now consume much of my time in this tank. She deserves it.

Makes a big difference if you can leverage it. Pre 4.6 I was pushing the outer edge of the tank's limits as an "assault" vehicle. When 4.6 came it allowed me to do exactly what I was doing before but better, the update essentially added steroids to my particular modus operandi (basically upped the tank's WN8 by 1000+) . New engine is great (~17hp/tn with 105!), but my tin foil hat tells me they did something to the ground resistance.

I played a lot of battles with Optics but switched to GLD as the better aim-time helped my game. Because WOT is a balance between view range and detectable range, my crew has BIA, Recon, and Sit Aware along with Camo and Silent Driving to help mitigate. Tea brings those circles roughly equal on my mini-map. If you don't have an A-team, stick to the Optics. Gun rammer: 6.47 reload for me, 5.something when under 10% health because of Adrenaline Rush which really helps at the wire. Vert Stab: Ideally you want both gun handling skills along with BIA to help curb the turret bloom, it's the tank's biggest flaw.

 

FE replaced with Tea mitigated by Prev. Maintenance and FE skills. Med kit frequently replaced with 105 octane. I often play vanguard and subject to harassment by lights so the increased turret rotation is useful. Pain Tolerance and JOT to mitigate.

 

She performs well after the update but still may be an acquired taste. My overall evaluation? If I was stuck with a single tank to play a good chance it's this one. Or a King Tiger.

​Thanks for the overview I ask because I was also looking at either the Atomic or Huntsman but only have enough gold for the 4204 P.
