Hello Players!

We've had multiple requests over time to add additional camouflage options as some nations/environments don't have as many options to choose from as others. We are opening this thread for players to submit suggestions for us to review and implement.

  • We currently have some coming soon based on previous player suggestions but we're looking for more!

What we are looking for:

We are looking for solid camouflage or camouflage patterns for under-served nations or environments that are currently lacking options compared to others.

These suggestions should be historic (real) camouflage patterns/colors used by that nation.

What to include in your suggestion:

  • Image of the camouflage pattern.
  • Nation it belongs to.
  • Environment it would be used for. (Summer, Desert, Winter, Urban)

UK "Mickey Mouse" pattern.

Because of the dark green blobby circular patches.

Could be used for Summer maps

Here are some Czech patterns

The 13. (Tiger) Kompanie, of Panzer Regiment Großdeutschland, reported on the performance of the 88 mm KwK 36 L/56, when their Tigers engaged the T-34: "First round hits were usually achieved at ranges between 800 to 1,000 meters. At these ranges, the Panzer Granate (they are referring to the PzGr. 39 APCBC ammunition) absolutely penetrated through the frontal armor, and usually still destroyed the engine at the rear of the T-34 tank. In 80 percent of the cases, shots from the same range hitting the side of the hull toward the rear of the tank resulted in the fuel tanks exploding. Even at ranges of 1,500 meters and longer, during favorable weather, it is possible to succeed in penetrating the T-34 with minimal expenditure of ammunition" (JENTZ, Thomas L.; Germany's TIGER Tanks - Tiger I and II: Combat Tactics; op. cit.).

3 MoE tanks: T-34, Pz IVH, Tiger I, Pz.Kpfw. T 25

Nation: Germany.

Environment: Summer. As used on the Eastern front, Ukraine, 1942-3.

Nation: Germany.

Environment: Summer. This is the standard NATO camouflage that became common on German vehicles after 1945. I would especially like this one for my post-war German vehicles.

Do this paint scheme. I had posted about this a while back. It’s a late war camo pattern. I would guess for urban settings. But I’m sure you guys could figure what it would work best in. Also road wheels. Add camo to the road wheels. Pretty please.

Second that, also make inscriptions and the national markings available for all nations as well.

Also, any chance of introducing a 10G fee for anyone who has already purchased Permanent Camo on their tanks to be able to change to one of the new schemes without having to wait for a Camo sale?

A lot of similar patterns with slight colour variations, all decent choices, hell the Chinese have a bunch of summer ones just like that so why not aye.

To my mind, one of the most underserved nations in terms of camo is Japan- there are, what- two variants for each environment? So, some suggestions:

Nation; Japan.

Environment: Winter.

Nation: Japan.

Environment: Summer.

Nation: Japan.

Environment: Winter.

Nation: Japan.

Environment: Summer. (Post war.)

Nation: Japan.

Environment: Desert.

Nation: Japan.

Environment: Winter, or possibly could work for Urban. (Disruptive pattern dazzle camo.)

This last one is made up of hexagonal lozenges of white, dark grey, dark red and olive green.

how about a camo creator, the player picks the environment setting, camo pattern, size of that pattern and the colors from a color pallet?

Great idea! Like they already have on PC.. That way we will have a platoon of pink Mouses for sure. :teethhappy:

I’d love to see this Camo come out.  But I’d also like to see more winter camos come out in general.

Just a reminder, we are looking for the Nations / Environments that are currently lacking options.

I.E. Germany - Summer is not something we are looking for at the moment. :P Lets try to keep this thread with the suggestions that are being asked for please. :great:
