I claimed the bravo package last night and didn't receive anything. I put in a ticket 12 hours ago, haven't heard anything yet.

I successfully linked and claimed alpha package, so not sure what my problem is.

I didn't receive anything for the Valentine II (submitted a ticket for it; still no reply), but I received around 500k-600k silver for the T14. There was no on-screen message about getting the tank's silver value or any info in the log tab.

 

I saved the last 30 minutes of gameplay and compared my silver totals before and after the battle that got me the tank.

I just double checked and my account is still linked to Twitch, but I don’t see it in the store.  I did get the missions for Twitch Prime Alpha last month.  Are you not eligible for Bravo if you got it that time around, or is there just a glitch in the system somewhere?  Thanks!

That did the trick, thanks!  Step one, claim the offer from theTwitch store.  Step two, claim it from the in-game WOT console store.

I claimed the alpha offer with the same Microsoft and twitch account combinations.

 

I've claimed the bravo offer on twitch, but my WOT console account management wants me to connect twitch again. When I click connect and login to twitch it brings me back to WOT console account management screen and gives me "Error: this twitch account is linked to another WOT account".

 

Which is weird because I only have one account for each (wot/twitch)

 

I put a ticket in about 16 hours ago, still no response.

 

Package still not available in tanks tab. Restarted game and console multiple times.

Yeah, that was my issue as well.

Although, since I live in the country of "Another country in Europe" I only pay eur 2.99/month for the first 6 months.

having the exact same problem and no response on the ticket. they just pick and choose what to work on. Should have known better to expect anything better from WoT

I used my Amazon Prime for free delivery last Christmas so had to pay for Amazon Prime (£7.99 a month) but if you don't use your Amazon Prime account then you can cancel it within 7 days I think and you get a full refund.

 

Getting Amazon Prime linked to Twitch Prime and claiming the Loot Drops doesn't count as using your Amazon Prime account so you can claim the stuff and still get a refund if you cancel within the given time, that's what I've done for the 2 Loot Drops...

I already had Amazon Prime so this was a bit of a bonus on top of everything. I mean Amazon Prime gives you free streaming movies and shows and free streaming music it's one of the better deals in tech overall to be honest, and then you throw on some World of Tanks bonuses on top of it hell yeah
