Most of these will appear in other universes and while I understand licensing could be an issue, I suggest if it comes down to that WG employ the use of parody.  I think some of these would be pretty cheap though they may not generate direct revenue.  I'll start out with just one today and add more as I have time.

Mr. T

Arguably the whole A-Team could each be one, but I will pick the most iconic one.  They fit because the back story is they were originally soldiers that turned mercenaries because they were wrongly accused of crimes they did not commit.  They then use their expertise to help others...from the "Los Angeles underground."  These would be funny and positive mercenary(s) of the helpful kind I might add.

A-Team back story:

Spoiler

Added bonus:  Mr. T's iconic voice and quotes which could be made into crew call outs.  It would be even better if the driver of the Tank is Murdock!

Spoiler

Also, I would like for all merc pictures and voices to be available for any nation to use.

I was thinking:

The Mole

Works from the inside to remove all traces of Mercs.

Some people claim Ensk should be tier restricted.   I don't believe their lies.

Imagine if this forum had only players who actually win more than lose trying to tell others how to play. Would be the best forum ever. Instead, we have a bunch of bad advice from players who lose more often than not trying to tell their betters how to play their tanks.

They need to come with two special skills.

1 - A team ammo - you never run out

2 - A team accuracy - every round misses

If you want to be one of the 47 Ronin check out our recruitment post and then send a message to Prof935 (xbox) or dimka935 (ps4).

Shhh...don't ruin future installments.  ;)

That sounds...storm trooperish.  The A-team like any good protagonist always hit their mark when it counted.  Perhaps the skill would be to activate your machine guns to fire all the time (doing no damage but hurting your camo rating)!

And some more interesting Mr. T quotes:

There is also some precedence for Mr. T battling Nazis:

In 2009, ZootFly announced they had acquired the rights to the Mr. T Graphic Novel and were planning several video games based upon the work.[43] The first (and only) game, "Mr. T: The Videogame", was to have Mr. T battle Nazis in various locations and guest star Wil Wright. It was planned to be available on the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PC platforms, however the game was cancelled for undisclosed reasons.

The next Mercernary Commander we need:

Henry "Rico" Farden

Posted Image

Rico (played by Lee Marvin) is one of four men hired by a rancher to save "his wife" in the movie "The Professionals".  Occurring during the Mexican Revolution (1910-1920), Rico is the weapons specialist, and along with Bill Dolworth (Burt Lancaster)--the explosives expert, and a couple other guys (a scout and a horse wrangler), they battle Mexican "bandits," the leader of which is played by Jack Palance.  Although cynical, calculating, and cold at times, Rico, near the end of the movie delivers the redemptive line after being accused of being a child born out of wedlock by the rancher:  "Yes, sir, an accident of birth.  But you, sir, are a self-made man."

Added bonuses:

Lee Marvin served in the US Marines during WW 2--wounded in the battled Saipan at Mount Tapochau.  He received the Purple Heart, Presidential Unit Citation among other campaign medals.  He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

Lee Marvin also played Major John Reisman in the Dirty Dozen movies and The Sergeant in the Big Red One.
