OR people have got used to playing them, and had better games, meaning on average the requirement has gone up.

I do have the 2 marks, but I was wanting to get the three mark quickly.... guess not
So your marks of excellent did not, in fact, disappear then? Please can you edit the title?
How long was the gap between hitting 86% and dropping to 63%? You're aware people are grinding french heavies for the new releases?

Same, the title is very misleading. When in fact this is a common occurance, MoE's fluctuate all the time you're just noticing it more because the disparity is extreme with so many people grinding them as Xenith has mentioned.

I think he might have been referring to the 23% damage standing that disappeared, the titles fine.

Large deviations in MOE requirements are fairly common.
Title is is quite misleading.

Then surely that would be damage standing has disappeared not marks of excellence?

Title makes it sound like he lost the marks from his gun barrel. Reading the content of the post makes it obvious what he's actually on about but I can understand why the title can be misleading if consider on its own.

It’s a moving number. Your average didn’t move much but the target number went way up. You are now at 63% of the new target.

Either works for me. I know that marks just don't magically disappear off the barrel so I knew what he was on about with the title that he used.
People have claimed their marks disappeared off their barrel before. Of course, it always inevitably turned out that they just had poor memory and never actually had the number of marks they thought they did.
When I clicked on this thread I thought it was going to be another one of those.

I can see where you're coming from mate but the forum police telling the OP to change the thread title is a bit of an overreaction.
