If you are aiming at a potential unspotted victim does their targeted alarm go off??

Please get rid of easy mode targeted system too. You did it for artillery^^

It `shouldn't` since this is probably triggered off the same piece of code that makes your reticle change colors for armor estimates, sets their profile highlight and auto range etc... which is not going to be happening if they are not spotted. My experience in-game would fall in line with this but...

 

I can claim no further insight so lets see if max or other similar official will answer.

Being spotted is one of the requirements for the Targeted alarm. I don't see them on the mini-map so they don't appear to have been spotted (as you mentioned) so they would not have received any alert.

This is why I always aim down after a shot if I'm unspotted cause I don't want the reds to know they are being aimed at
