Like most British players we would like to see a dual crew trainer premium.

I suggest The Bowman TD this was a true tank with approx 150 produced.

It used The Chaffee chassis and was fitted with a Firefly turret.

I don’t think it would take too much to implement this into the game around teir 7.

What you guys think???

If the website you found is the same on I located then I'm fairly sure this is entirely fictional, and just a justification used by a modeller to create a mash-up.

3 MOEs - Nashorn, M36 Jackson, SU-100, S35CA, Matilda IV, Jagdpanzer IV, Archer, Wolverine, Achilles, T25/2, PzSflIVC

2 MOEs - Type 58, Pzkpfw T25, WT Pz IV, JagdPanther, SU-100Y, Boilermaker, T20, IS-2, T-34-88, Borsig, AMX AC 48, Charioteer, Plaguebringer, T67, SU-85

Ah... sounds perfect for our Mercenaries TT or perhaps the 17th Premium mercenaries.

There is literally an Xbox 360 in a museum, and this is the best joke you can come up with?

There are suitable tanks already in the game:

Churchill 3, Matilda or Valentine: British/Russian

Firefly: British/US (create a premium version)

Cromwell B (don't know the significance of the US star): British/US

possibly others: Czech T-34-100 Czech/soviet???? -- ETA ignore, noticed you said British dual trainer, sorry

Couldn't be too hard to implement these as the tanks already exist.

Just a thought

The British should have had one of the first duel trainers (Churchill 3, Matilda or Valentine: British/Russian) long over due.  Really all lend lease tanks should be duel trainers for all the appropriate nations.  Both nations trained and used them in combat not just captured tanks which every tank could have been!

I can’t find any documentation on this Bowman tank destroyer. Sounds awesome though. A Chaffee with a 17pdr. Could be a good tier VI or VII tank for sure.

The American Star was a standard Air Recognition symbol used by all Western Allies from mid 44 to the end of the war.

You won't find any, the tank is completely fictional.

Couple of interesting possibilities are the T-34 and KV-1 supplied to Britain by Russia for evaluation during WW2.

The T-34 if it had entered gone into British service was proposed to have been fitted with the 17-pdr, the KV-1 was proposed to either have the 17-pdr or a 6" Howitzer, though I have read somewhere that the 6-pdr was also a suggestion for both.

You would think that a good chunk of tanks would be American/British dual trainers.   It isn't like there is a big language barrier.  My motorcycle is British (Triumph)....I have no problems reading the manual.

3 MOE's: VK 30.01D (VI), T-34 (V), M-24 Chaffee (V)

2 MOE's: Indien-Panzer (VIII), T-20 (VII), Cromwell B (VI), Snakebite (VI), T-37 (VI), M4 Sherman w/Derp (V), VK 16.02 Leopard (V)

Not as if there's not a lot of  candidates, I mean there's the M2, Stuart Mk.I-IV (Honey in British service), M3 Lee (Grant), M4 Sherman, M7 Priest, M24 Chaffee, M10 Wolverine... probably a couple more that escape me at the mo'...

Then of course, you have the Ram II, (Canadian) and the T-14 which was jointly designed with the British, though we were going to install the 6-pdr rather then the 75mm M3 L/37

Bit of an old thread. We've added a tank since then for the request of adding a dual nation crew trainer: https://console.worldoftanks.com/en/encyclopedia/vehicles/uk/GB803_M4A4_FL10/

Except we have to share the tank with the French.

And those messy sods keep leaving baguettes in the ammo racks.

And have you any idea how hard it is go get rid of the smell of garlic?
