Down since yesterday (27/2-19) at around 23:00 UTC+1, and still down right now at 19:29 (28/2-19) almost 24 hours later!

Both EU and NA servers are down.

Network setting is OK, NAT is Open, playing with LAN cable and 250/50 mbit speed.

All 3 of my platoon players got kicked out at the same time yesterday. None of my friends can log in.

And i see nothing about this issue on the forums, only post's about the error code on PS4.

I have lost 1 day of premium, 1 day of the op the Long Haul and 1 day of my String Theory and 1 day of my 2x XP boost from the winther games!

Fantastic!

Have you tried rebooting your console?

I'm sure there would be a lot more complaints if the servers were down since last night

Update:

Just got a reply from WG support!

Since no one from WG has posted about this issue here on the forums about the Xbox One server downtime and E:00L04 error code, there will be NO compensation!

No mater the fact that there is plenty of post's and threds about this issue from players on the Xbox One version, WG don't care!

This is it for me, i will never pay a single cent to this company anymore!

Raphel Conner of WG support, thank you for removing the last bit of trust i had for WG.

I'm out!

Yes i have tried it but i just did it again and this time i removed the power brick and let it be for 30 sec, and now it seams to be working.

Ok, here is how you fix this issue. Remove the power supply of the xbox and wait 30 sec and then do a restart.

Still, this is not a isolated bug since all 3 players of my platoon got kicked out at the same time and none could log back in.

It was fine for us last night. There was no way it was down that long. We even did clan wars. You need to hard reset your xbox when stuff like that happens.

A proper power cycle does seem to fix a lot of issues. As per my post above there was a reported outage last night but it was only for a short time

I am calm.

And yes i read that post, but i was still having the same issue today when i got back home and turned my xbox on to play tanks.
That makes one belive that the issue is still there and there was nothing about this issue reported from WG

I can't tell you why power cycling works, if it's fixing a WG or Microsoft issue etc but it does seem to work in a lot of cases.

Whenever I have issues I check https://support.xbox...box-live-status , the wot forums and if I can't find anything I bounce my Xbox.

p.s. glad it worked :great:

Uhh... I'm not saying you're crazy, but the servers were working fine for me for several hours during your time frame.

Try clearing up your cache and rebooting your console - this is not a problem with Wargaming.

I've found if you set you XBOX1 to do complete restart every time you turn it on it alleviates this problem--instead of running in sleep mode

Instant-on or Energy-saving mode. Sleep mode is ps4.
