Italian is one of the most beautiful language there is. It is very musical, and the tonic accent accentuation make its harmony.

It is one language where all the vowels are pronounced, and the double consonants are accentuated. In clear, people can tell if you know how to spell simply by the way you speak.

Last night, I went through several of the screen casts about the new Italian line, and I found out that most of the casters did not bother to find out how to properly say "Progetto", let alone Ariete.

Anyway, who cares will you tell me? sure, not important compared to its pre-nerf release.

But for those of you interested, "Progetto" is pronounced like this... I recommend the last sample which is emphasized.

I found out it was pronouced "proYetto*" from Quickybaby, has he been saying it wrong?

To be fair, he's been pronoucing it with a Y/J sound.

Getto is flat wrong

Jetto is as well

Yetto is closer

Jyetto seems like it would be closer

QB appears to be saying the Spanish translation then.

Why he'd be doing that is another matter.

It's quite easy actually.

PRO is like professional;

GET is like jet, without an "ee" sound

TO is like toe. Maybe with a little less enphasis...

As for Ariete…

A is like up, under or arc (not like animal)

RI is like riff

E is like envelope

TE is like tent

My sister in law is Mexican, I can confirm that's Spanish (most likely from Latino-America).

The English are not exactly famous for caring how another language's words are pronounced.

While that is generally true, QB tends to put some effort in to trying to get it right.
