Hey fellow tankers!

I'm super happy to tell you that being patient pays off and good things do come to those who wait. :)

I have completed my first run of 75 wins for the Long Haul today and got a General's chest.

Up to this point it was mostly chunks of gold (100-250), boosts and flag vouchers, etc. which I was happy to accept.

This time however, I got this:

Spoiler

But wait, it gets better. :)

Those chunks of gold add up over time and if you collect them, you may find yourself having enough to buy a tank that's currently on offer.

So, I also got myself this:

Spoiler

Best part of those purchases is their cost. It only cost some of my time to get those tanks, time I would spend playing the game anyways.

So, don't give up. Complete those Long Hauls ops (legitimately - no afk or yolo tactics please), get your Alphas and Charlies done and you too will, eventually, get a free Premium tank. I have to admit, I didn't expect this trifecta, but I won't complain. Thunderbolt, T34 88 and 85M, yes please!

Thank you WG for rewarding loyal players with goodies that would normally cost money to buy. I am one happy tanker right now. :)

Good luck and good hunting!

Mazeltov!  I love the T34-88!  Great for crews, Russian or German.....I run mine with Binos, vents and rammer and play it like a stand-off sniper/flanker, although you can sweep in to finish off wounded reds, also.....I like the T34-85M, but I haven't played it enough to really use it to its full capability....Anyway, glad things came out well with the free War Chest!  Have fun, M4ntix!

Better pick up some degreaser for the hardware store...... it’ll take more than dish soap to wash off that seal blood

Lol thats awesome!

Arguably two of the best tier 6 mediums enjoy.

I'm hoping I'll get a tank in one too.

I've been disappointed not to get one at times but then I think of all the great earn op tanks I've got.

Btw be prepared to spam prammo on the 88 so you can hit your target

Congrats! Two great tanks.

Don't believe any of the naysayers about the 88 either. Once you learn and embrace its difference from the 85 it is a fabulous machine. You just can't play them exactly the same.

Two similar tanks, but two different playstyles? Perfect! I was worried I will end up with two, identical tanks. Thanks! :)

Congrats on the 88. I’ve always gotten the gold flag booster ones.

Don’t drive the MoE requirements up to high lol, jk

I’ve got the T-34-88 and the TT T-34-85 and they are both very good but I’m curious why you would want those 2 premium versions? Just for completeness? They seem a bit redundant.

Absolutely different tanks, first game in my 85 I played it like a 88, not advised. The third game I figured it out and killed five and got a mastery 1 badge. Still think the 88 is better, but then again I have only played the 85 six times and have around 1500 in the 88, bought it when it first came out yrs ago. The Thunderbolt however is somewhat of a letdown, I dont particularly like the low pen on the weapon that kinda forces you to shoot gold to hit consistently. It will probably perform better in the long run, but it is no Fury.

Congrats, both are great tanks.

Maybe one day i'll get more than the lowest possible reward, from a long haul loot box too.

I usually don't switch the op on because I almost always only get the bad boxes and I don't always play enough to get that many wins before x2 before reset. Also I seem to lose more with the op on. :P

Just started my second run through, holding out all my hopes for a tank I already have!

Congrats. I find the 88 and 85 very similar in many ways, but that is likely just because of the chassis. The 88 is the natural mobile sniper and kill stealer in close combat, where the 85 definitely can be a bit more brutal in a straight brawl with lights and weaker mediums because of that thickened frontal armour and higher ROF. They are good platforms for learning the Czech 34/100 too.

I don't even play 75 games a week, let alone win 75.

War is a Democracy and the enemy always gets a vote.

3 MoE's: E-25, M41 Walker Bulldog, E-50, Snakebite, E-75, T32, Tiger 131 - In order obtained

Same .Most of my friends quit, so I play maybe 20-40 games a week.
