Not a big fan of campers in top tier heavy tanks sitting back protecting arty, aside from that, player skills vary greatly, some players just cant cut it at the front line, and will often adopt a sit back and see play style no matter what tank they are in. A well known asian clan had 3 maus heavy tank party, did not move from the spawn corner, city map, until the green team got wiped out, and they sat there cleaning up all the damaged tanks, but we still lost thanks to that camping mentality.
but just as bad as a non contributing camper is a yolo suicide king.
