Alright, just to encourage all you new players that this is an easy game to master, I am coming up on 5 years in game and still have questions about basic game mechanics!

If my tank has 20% camo base, that means that enemy tanks need to be 20% closer to me before I am detected (let's just ignore enemy skills for the moment).  So, when I have my camo net engaged (+10% to camo rating) is my camo now 30% (20%+10%), or is it 22% (20 + {10% of 20})?  I believe they add, but I am not sure, and when it comes to view range, accuracy, etc. is it all the same? or do some add and some truly are percentage additions?  Maybe equipment modifiers are different than skill modifiers?

You are correct in assuming they add;

Don't take my world for it, but if you look threads with MaxChaos in them, he has answered your question in multiple instances; the one that I remember is for vision;

If you have a nominal vision range of say, 400 meters, if you install coated optics, you get 440 meters as (400x10)/100=40m

If you acquire the Situational Awareness skill, 3%, your total vision range becomes (440*3)/100=13.2m = 453.2m

If you acquire the Reckon skill, 2%, your total vision range becomes (440*2)/100=8.8m = 448.2m

If you have them both: 440+13.2+8.8= 462m
