Help. It's not supported on my Samsung.  And when I download on my computer it wants me to use a zip of some sort.  I can not get it to work on anything.

On your computer..... Go to your Downloads folder and right click over the file. It should give you the option of “Unzip” or “Extract”. There should be a basic program on your computer that will unzip it for you. What kind of PC and what OS?

side note to that..... once you’ve opened it all on your PC it’s fairly easy to get to your phone.

Winrar or winzip are perfectly safe to download and use for free. Their basic free version is all you need

basically just do what Windows tells you this time

I just downloaded it and did not have to do anything further on my WIN 10 laptop.  It put the files into "downloads" and the content like music and artwork are all accessible.  Not sure why I did not have to unzip, unpack or unbox the files but have you tried going into directory files and launching a picture or sound file?
When a man with a .45 meets a man with a rifle, you said, the man with a pistol's a dead man. Let's see if that's true. Go ahead, load up and shoot.

Some versions of windows have an unzip mechanic built into the folder Explorer.

If it's the file on the main Console website then it is a RAR, which I am surprised you don't get a prompt for unless you have something integrated into your Explorer.

You’ve missed the news about the Community Hub, eh? Go to the main Portal, click the Nav menu and go to Community.  They’ve revamped that part of the portal to be fairly comprehensive and intuitive.

edit.... the Fankit is a collection of game art and music files including the soundtrack, concept art and more.

It’s basically a portal within the portal.  There’s a live updates section for server/xbl/psn issues, links to all the CCs and other Contributors, Guides, Tank info, player replay/creation showcases, and of course access to the Fankit.  I hope from now on they start linking players to console.worldoftanks.com/community by default from now on because it’s really what the front page ought to be.
