Which 3 pieces of equipment do you consider a must have on your tank(s)?

Well, it depends on the tank and also what that tank can equip.

But in my experience, the only pieces of a equipment worth while are:

Rammer

Vertical Stabilizers

Coated Optics

Vents

 

Unless the tank is a pure camo sniper like a UDES or a Borsig, in which case you could argue Binos and Camo net are worthwhile. But Equipment that only works some of the time, to me, seems like a wasted slot.

Rammer - always

V stabs - when available, always

3rd slot depends on the tank, it may be Optics or GLD or Vents, etc...

For starters, it totally depends on what kind of tank!

 

Non-autoloading Heavies: Rammer, vents, v-stab

Autoloading Heavies/mediums: Vents, V-stab and either Optics for mediums/heavies OR GLD for heavies (depends on aim time)

Mediums & Lights: Rammer, v-stab, optics

 

For TD's: Depends on playstyle and kind of tank. But usually Binocs for vision and if its camo heavy then camo net. Then there are TD's which can brawl, for them I use Optics. 

 

Arties: GLD, Vents and camo net (probably)

Depends on the tank, but I  don't have any tanks without a Rammer (except for the tanks that doesn't have it as an option).

I also put optics on most tanks (even most heavies).

V-stabs, if available, is also on most tanks, but Vents is a viable alternative.

 

I have very few tanks with spall  liner, toolbox, camo  net, etc.

Usually Rammer and Vstabs then whatever enhances the tanks particular flavor. Ex: King Tiger gets Optics, Mle.54 gets Vents, and Scourge/Prototyp get GLD. Sharpshooter is also one of my tanks that gets GLD along w/Rammer + Stabs.

Most are Rammer, V. Stab and vents. Some swap vents for optics and then we have scouts and TDs which might get Vents, camo and binos with some swapping vents for optics and others using a more aggressive set up.

If I'm grinding I guess at the best set up and run it, if I like the tank I might change something if I feel it will run better with a different set up.

Would say that heavies want DPM, meds want view/DPM and lights want view. TDS are totally dependant on type and what their strengths are.

Depends on the tank and the tier. 

 

Tier 1-4? Binocs, tool box and net....it does not cost me anything to sell it.

Beyond that....depends on the tank.

 

A mix of Optics, Vents, V-Stabs, Rammer, and on a couple of tanks, Enhanced tracks. 

 

 


3 MOE's: VK 30.01D (VI), T-34 (V), M-24 Chaffee (V)

2 MOE's: Indien-Panzer (VIII), T-20 (VII), Cromwell B (VI), Snakebite (VI), T-37 (VI), M4 Sherman w/Derp (V), VK 16.02 Leopard (V)

Optics, v stabs, rammer are my go to equipment, if one of them isnt available or is unnecessary then swap for vents.

Rammer, Stabs, then vents, optics, or binoculars depening on crew skills and consumables.  If no stabs, then vents plus vision equipment.  Sometimes I'll do GLD if vision is so bad it doesn't matter, or if a gun has terrible issues with handling. 

 

The E25 was built for Shenanigans

My most common load out is Vents, Optics and V-Stab. If my tank can equip Vents I use them as I prefer the overall boost they provide. If my tank has good vision and my crew has the vision skills I usually with then drop optics and replace with Rammer. Like wise if my Tank has very poor vision I will then sacrifice Optics and use Rammer.

Rammer, unless your a muppet (Quickybaby).

V-Stab. Because everybody says "If you can get it, get it".

Good luck knowing if it's doing anything.

Optics or Binos. Because higher tiers will outspot you,

you know how that feels, right?

Rammer, Vert Stabs, Optics is pretty standard on lights, mediums, and heavies when available.  If a tank has severe load time or aiming issues I might do vents over optics.

 

Binocs/camo isn't very useful beyond mid tier.  The tiny map and insane view range combo at high tiers isn't conducive to camo sniping or passive scouting.


I'm not stealing kills, I'm handing out Confederate medals.
