With a recent update, when we now jump between player tanks during a battle (after you've died) all you can see is an icon indicating the class of tank.  ie. heavy, TD, arty, etc.

At the very least they should indicate the model of tank you are looking at.  Sometimes I bounce around and look at other peoples tanks and ponder whether to go down that tech tree.

Now it is a hassle just to figure that out.  What was that guy driving in again?

You don't need to include the players name (obviously to help cut down on hate mail).  But for crying out loud, at least tell what model the tank is we are looking at.

Hello,

Could you take a picture or video? When spectating my allied tanks after death,  I can see their class icon, name, tank name, and health. Everything is looking fine here.

OK I'll do that, but I didn't think this was even a question.  Lots of people say the same thing in the game, now it is just par for the course.

After you die, and you spectate from an allied tank, the only thing that shows up is the tank icon, i.e. 3 diagonal stripes heavy, two medium, etc.  While you're spectating from that tank, you can see their health circle in the bottom left corner, but that is is.  No tanker name and no listing of type of tank.

I figured this was on purpose.  Anyone else want to weigh in on this?  Pretty sure I'm not the only one, others in game have reported the same thing.  Been that way for a month or two now.

I'm kind of ashamed of myself that I don't have this issue due to having memorised the name and look of each tank in the game.

When you bounce between allied tanks after your tank is dead though, do you see the player and tank name, or just the icon?

Just the player name usually. I've never seen it as a problem though because I can identify the tank from a glance.

that is a real good point that has been annoying me as well , i do the same regarding tech tree speculation and it is a real pain trying to work out what you are looking at
