Can't submit ticket. Only get spinning, load wheel

The process for submitting ticket for griefing / physics abuse takes long enough. Now I can't even get to the form. Trying using Android 8.1.0

Have you tried submitting a ticket about it?

Really, though, I wish I could help but I'm not sure what you could do. My only ideas would be refreshing the page or restarting your device and trying again, but I don't know that it would actually fix anything.

Hello Max,

 

I've been experiencing problems submitting a ticket since Tuesday May 21st. I'm logging into the portal on PC, using Chrome browser. Once I bring up the Ticket Submission form and try to send the ticket I get an error; "Something went wrong. Sorry, we are having technical issue at the moment. Please try again later." Which is posted near the bottom of the page, right by the Send Ticket button in a red box. I've noticed there's a Server Status health indicator in the lower left of the same ticket page which indicates 'LOGINS' with a red bullet point. REGISTRATIONS and GAMEPLAY are both indicated with green bullet points. I don't know if that is related to ticket submission error but seemed relevant to include.

I can’t either and as to “not derail bug reports “ I get g34, g22, L07, continuous server disconnects, extreme lag, etc. 

 

when end is this going to be fixed? My son wants to play without freezing up mid game and having to watch his tank get blow up by some lower tier light that just sits there and shoots. 

 

Also so it annoys me as I have to deal with it, taking time away from War Thunder or Armored Warfare, both that play as intended with no latency at all.

Hello, if you are experiencing connection issues, please do file a Support Ticket so the CSR can walk you through some troubleshooting steps. Once you are able to submit a Support Ticket of course. :honoring:

Hello, unfortunately I don't have any time frame to share. The Support Team is still looking into it.

Had to do a complete HDD wipe, default settings, and fresh download of WoT. Not fun, but back on tanks

 

I ran into this after an update, above is how I finally got back on. I hope this helps, I remember how frustrated I was. Best of Luck

Yes and Yes.  I continue to get spinning wheel.  I also don't see the in game goods issues choice anymore where I would go to submit a ticket. 

 

I have an issue regarding a 5x xp boost not displaying when in the commander mode.  I entered the commander mode game as a commander not knowing the 5x xp boost was on--because it does not display.  In the post battle results screen it shows a 5x boost was used and there is no xp award from it.  I would like to request support to replace the 5x lost.  Thanks.

today while playing tanks the game crashed when i came back in i finished the game with enough shots to get my sniper medal for my contract, but i did not get credit for it, nor is it showing in my log i did not get a screen shot of it ether. than not 10 min ago same thing happened again, im working hard on this game and spend some pretty good money on this game too for this to happen makes me want to stop playing it, right now i should have 4 sniper medals and working to finish this contract. but i have to keep trying to get this medal :angry:. i would like to get my silver back my sniper medals or an explanation on why i didn't get them.

What device are you trying to file a ticket on? (PC, Andriod, IOS, Console Web Browser, etc)

What Brower are you using? (Chrome, Safari, IE, etc)

At what point do you experience the issue? (When you open the ticket to fill it out, at submission, etc)

What department are you filing the ticket for? (Account Management, Billing, Game and Gameplay, Technical issues, etc)

 

If you can walk us through what exactly you are doing, the information will be helpful! Thanks :honoring:

pc and iOS. Chrome, Safari, Bing, Firefox. No ticket to fill out (you missed that option). Obviously for tech issue, sine it is WG that has the tech problem.

Can you be more specific for "no ticket to fill out". Do you not know how to file a ticket, does clicking on the button to open the ticket not work, is the button missing if so, what screen are you at, can you take a picture, etc?
