Can't submit ticket. Only get spinning, load wheel

For the most part you just see the big spinning wheel, because, "hey you were already logged in to the main website and clicked on the customer support and then the ticket button thinking you were already logged in."  If you are logged into the main website and just click over to support, the login at the top right has the same little spinning wheel as in the picture above--indicating it is not really login in.  Also "logins" seems to be red in the picture.   

 

Also, can you explain why pictures from imgur are no longer working in the forum?  I post the BBC forum link as before, but now it just has a link to imgur instead of the actual picture.

Could you use this link to login to Support and File a ticket? Looks like the issue we found is that it was redirecting you to PS4 login instead of Xbox. From this link you should be able to select Xbox and login from there.

Nope.  Did the same thing when I clicked on the Xbox box.  It sends you to this link.

But it doesn't show you as logged in on the top right.  When you try to log in, the little "gears" show up like it's logging you in, but when the page comes back up you're still not logged in.  Same as before, though.  If I go to any other page on the website, I'm fully logged in and able to check my stats, forums, etc.

I thought maybe it was something cached that was outdated.  But, like I mentioned before, clearing the browser's history and cookies didn't do anything for it.  If they need any info, it does this on both my wife's Mac computer (Safari browser), and my Windows computer (Firefox and IE browsers).

How often can we bug you for an update?  For the few people that this is happening to, is it alright to bug you and Rai regarding customer service needs--can you fulfill that roll in the meantime?  If not, then how are those customer service needs to be met?

Every time I try to sign in to summit ticket it goes to same page and still shows a a figure with a lock next to it on upper right corner.

I have a feeling I might reach 4k posts just in this thread.  I hope you had a good vacation.  Thought I would give you an update.  Had an issue logging into the forum the other day--seems to have resolved now though.  I have also noticed that I cannot log into the WoWsL support either.  I have contacted them as well.  

Any news possibly?

No update. We aren't seeing any issues and can't reproduce it at all. It's still under investigation.

If you are still having an issue with being able to file a Support Ticket, please check your browsers security settings. If you have it set to "Block 3rd Party Cookies", this is the issue. You'll need to relax your security settings for the sign in process to work. Our support site changed from worldoftanks.console to wargaming.net which some browsers detect as a 3rd party site and is blocking it if you have your security set to tight.

Don't have the security settings set to block 3rd party cookies, but it still doesn't let you log in to the CS site.  Again, though, I'm logged on to every other part of the site.  I've tried this on both a Mac computer using Safari and a Windows computer using Firefox and IE browsers.

Just checked my settings and I don’t have cookies blocked. I can’t put in a ticket because it won’t sign in. You click sign in and it’ll act like you are signing in but then reload the page without being signed in.


Lights tanks need rebalanced(again)

​Update 4.2 and 4.6 were terrible

Please try to check other settings as well. The browsers are blocking the connection for one reason or another so you'll want to explore a bit.

I’ve tried turning on/off all sorts of settings. Nothings is changing the page and it’s been that way for months.

Allowing 3rd party cookies did allow me to log on.  However, I would like to simply add what needs to be added to a white list so I can block all other 3rd party cookies.  I don't want to have to turn this off and on just for logging into support.

Add me to the list aswell Android phone using chrome just get spiny loading wheel on the page to create a ticket 

 

Edit just tryed the pc windows 10 with edge can log in click create ticket & error something bad gateway

Had the same issue today on Firefox.

This supposedly is the 3rd party site.

However if I type in wargaming.net I get redirected to ru.wargaming.net. And you can't move to the EU site. What a load of bull!

Because WG is incompetent you're supposed to allow all 3rd party cookies :facepalm:
