It's all in the title.

 

From what i see :

Pros:

_20% crew XP bonus, finally a crew trainer for the brits.

_known hull, and known turret so nothing surprising and potentially quick handling of the tank.

 

Cons:

_6° gun depression, just why, the AMX 13 75 has 8° ?

  With that few depression  it's obvious that in any hill fight situation you will be severly handicaped, it also mean that you can't hull down so you'll Always have to expose the full tank, mix that with total lack of armor and you have the perfect loosing combo.

Hill fight is the most common scenario in the game.

If your tank is too weak to really have an impact on average match, having XP bonus is useless.

 

So i'm asking those who purchased it, honestly are you satisfied and why ?

I've honestly not had a problem with the lower gun depression, even when hulled down.  It scoots around the battlefield fairly quick and has turned out to be a nice little support tank and flanker.  The reload for the entire clip is surprisingly faster than I was expecting.  It makes switching to Premium ammo for those Tier 9's it sees not that big a handicap.  But, it's still a Tier 7, so you're going to lose going head to head with a Tier 9.  You can easily flank them and light 'em up, though.

tank bonuses like that are tiny & result in only negligible increases of xp . you need the black tanks bonus amount before you get big gains quickly.

 

the main advantage from your premium tank isnt the tank xp bonus - its the fact that they get the ACT bonus. all of them do.

 

so basically - what you want from your premium tank is the ability to compete. its got to have something in either the armor or the gun that makes it decent.

 

this thing has a limited gun (alpha & pen, & elevation/depression) - & the armor is a sad joke.

 

theres no reason  - at all - for it to be a tier 7. it has tier 5 armor & a tier 6 gun.

 

either give it PMM or just make it a tier 6.

Yeah when I first heard of this tank, I wanted it but it is basically a tier 6 tank at tier 7.  Facing tier 9 tanks let alone tier 8 will be a slaughter.  This thing needs to go to tier 6.

it doesn't do any damage, which for an autoloader is a bit underwhelming.

 

You come round the corner and pew pew unload the autoloader 5 (?) times and do 550 damage, if you hit all 5 (or is it 4) - then someone else has tracked you and everyone is pumping you full of holes.

 

Suspect you would do ok if top tier.

 

I'd have played it more if I wasn't grinding the machine.

 

a KV2 essentially one shot me.

Very disappointing tank, I agree it should be moved down to tier 6. Probably just mothball it in the garage.

What an idea - get a T-VI tank (Strv m/42-57 Alt A.2 - Price 3700 gold), move it one tier up to T-VII without any buff and rise the price to T-VIII level. Jackal price is 6900, and there are many T-VIII mediums just above 7K gold (M4A1 Rev.; Panther 8.8; FV4202P; 59-Patton etc.).
