Shame this op has been limited to 15 times.

I've never been worried about not being able to complete the seasonal games because I knew I could power grind this op if needed.

Is this change permanent?

Has anyone got to hitting it 15 times? At first I assumed it would be capped at 15, but it’s also now called ‘Making a Point I’ which maybe infers there could be a ‘Making a Point II’ after the initial 15?

Would love to hear from people who’ve done it 15x already.

I've done two. Does that help?

You have 34 days and without it, you can average about 26 points a day

I was wondering the same thing. If you recall when it started there were 5 daily ops then it went down to 4.and the points required was 500 then up to 550. Giving away all these free tanks will bankrupt wargaming. Lol

Giving away tanks and keeping people playing will actually keep them in business because more players on will mean more potential for some people to buy full price tanks or premium time.

If I only had a Baneblade....

Also remember that there are four 50 point ops available. So you only need to really earn 350 points over the month.

Most people should be able to complete the daily ops within 60 - 90 minutes - the most time consuming ones are the 5 wins, a getting a hit in 2 matches in a row. Both of those ops need an average of 10 matches to complete.

Of course, this assumes that people are using the correct tanks - I think there's an op that requires you to detect an enemy, so much easier to do that in a light tank than in an artillery ....

My personal play time has been reduced this summer due to other commitments, but I found myself completing the last part of the Spring campaign with at least 10 days to go --- and this was with me skipping days, and only playing enough to complete the dailies on the days that I did play.

I think the reason for this change is that it prevents the super-hard core players from having an effective perma X2 boost for 25+ days. Check out some of the older threads for people ringing the bell on the monthly completions to see how early they were getting it done.

This because it effectively cuts grinds in half. I usually focus on grinds once I get the 2x and play fully outfitted trained tanks completing the OP's. Though because I wanted to only play on the 4th and take some days off I played 14 hours yesterday and got 126 points. The damage OP and FIVE making the point OPs and the dailys. I did this because I wanted to hit the 2 gold bonuses with a premium acct day given free because of 4th of july and the 4th july warchest. So it is possible to rack up a lot of points in one day but you can't do it every day because there are only the 4 50 point ops. Also I think this month is a 5 week challenge so you even have more time to get it and maybe there will be a 5th 50 pointer.

All in all it's pretty easy if you just put in a couple hours every day or so for about half a month. It's really nice compared to the past events that if you couldn't grind every day most the day for a couple weeks you had no chance.

I really would like to know if after making a point 15 times there is a making a point II. Maybe they have made a way for those who just want to knock it out in a few days a way that is possible but either way it's a little insane as i normally complete one about every day I play even if just a couple hours because daily doubles give you a quick headstart. Your halfway their in 30-45 minutes because of them. By the time I will have completely the monthly op I will still probably not have had 15 of them this month likely being an exception.

I believe (Link below) after Making a Point: l with 15x25k for 10 points each (total points =150),

it changes to Making a Point: ll with 10x50k for 15 points each (total points=150)?

Try this link?

Haven't heard what or if Making a Point: lll is.

Is it...6x100k for 25 points each (total points=150)?

I'll update if and when I can prove this...

P.S. It takes 3 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie pop.

Sorry

I can confirm as I have just finished the 15th making a point it moves to 50000 XP to get 15 points

If you have made 'making a point' 15 times ... you probably don't need anymore points for the month unless you have been play nonstop for a week at the beginning of the monthly op. Just saying they should lower this to like 5 making a points and then advance. With casual play except for one day where I made 5 of these ops I will hit II and 15 points right about the time I don't need them.

When you finish alpha ops "makin a point" just disappears. So no making point 3 for sure.

Making a point lll

Wanted to see what it was so after just grinding everything I had an wasting weekends an weeknights I found out what making a point lll is

Unlimited times

100,000 xp = 20 points

It was stupid changing the making a point op, now you have to do more for less, moronic decision
