WG is a joke to the contract?

We were told that contracts had been lost, they would be closed. I'm certainly happy for the people. But the other guys were spending their time or donated to these stages, or are we waiting now for something to go there again and not so? Let us then compensate everyone or return the gold for missing the last stage.

Rai posted it would take at least 48-72 hours to process everything due to the sheer amount of tickets, CS would have to go through.

Here is what happens next:

  1. Impacted players will need to log in, and accept the contract they were on.
  2. Within the next 24 – 36 hours, we will restore the progress of all players on their missing contracts with a +1 stage advancement.
    1. We are giving this window of time to allow for as many players as possible to log in and accept the contract.
    2. For players who were on Stage 2, they will be on Stage 3. Stage 4 will be on Stage 5, etc.

ok mate,cheers for that.where does it say 48 to 72 hours? all I have seen is the"up to 24 to 36 hours" info. I know I am still asking early and coming across as very impatient or annoyed but I am just worried the fix is suggesting, I (everybody affected) re-sign the cancelled contract thus wiping out our proof of our progression. As you are somebody that understands this game very well I am sure you understand how much time and effort the machine contract has taken me to get to stage 10 and 2000xp away from the final goal.I will have been 1 of the first accounts to file a ticket yesterday(as soon as it happened,around 14.15pm uk time) I just thought someone who might be before me in the line to be fixed would have some relavent info.

By the way! just to add,as I have commented on this specific thread does NOT mean I am calling WgCB any names or disrespecting them in any way, I love this game and its constant feel of anything can happen ingame randomness,its what keeps me playing and interested, its 100% fact this is what keeps most of us in this game and away from other games that become boring very quickly. I have nothing but respect and thanks for the team there in the command centre who keep this game alive and running under sometimes difficult circumstances,well done.a 5 year old game that is still viable as a MMO is a rare thing.long live WoT Console.

Jeez, is it really so hard just to wait another day or two?

If you're really worried your progress will disappear then take photos of your progress in the contract. It's still visible if you haven't signed a new one.

Otherwise, just wait. You're making yourself anxious and making more posts on the subject won't change a thing.

I am very sorry I have annoyed you. are you saying I should not do what I am being told to by the ticket system at customer support and by max and rai to re-sign the machine contract and wait? or is it that I am genuinely annoying you into trying to embarrass me into just shut up.please be honest.

I think that you have not lose a stage 10 contract of the Machine... I have lose mine... and I am very anxious because I dont know if I have lose all the grind of the Machine...

This is a rough crown.  Things happen.  They are fixing the problems.  Give them a brake.   If you have to wait, oh well. Try and be positive not always negative toward WG.  Your not getting paid to play, let things work out. I would like one day that the forum had positive news for once, don’t see that happening in the near future.. I am done now.

speaking of bREAKing things, fail updates always do. WG simply doesn’t have the intellectual capacity to comprehend this and to fix it before... BEFORE...their 2 server restart.

As usual and expected, WG says one thing but fails to deliver on their word with no explanation.

 

In the meantime those other contracts await but can’t be done because WG has us in Limbo.
