these were leaked and so probably now not correct due to being tweaked by WG.

It's not actually the first tank to do that. The French 105 on the ARL44 does the same.

SU-100Y loses penetration for the increased alpha damage with its premium ammo. The French 105 gains both penetration and damage with its premium ammo.
